They were similar but not the same. Yours looked beautiful on you as well! Your wedding looked amazing. We must have just missed seeing yours, We saw about 3 other weddings when we were there.

We brought our photographer from home and just sat her at one of the tables like a normal guest. As far as the DJ we didn't do anything special for him. He was in his booth all night. For the OOT Bags we ending up hand delivering some because we knew when some of our guest were arriving so we just went to the lobby and greeted them with their bag. The other ones Pilar delivered to everyone's rooms (with no charge).

I went with the Eternity Package. They can be slow to respond but I have gotten all my questions answered. We started planning our wedding at another resort (even put down a deposit) and they were just as slow. I feel like that is a big complaint of most brides getting married in Mexico. If you want I can send you some of the general information I have and my WC Pilar's e-mail. Everyone I have talked to that has gotten married there has said even though they are slow to respond, when you get there everything gets taken care of. Pilar has been pretty good with me though. Lol, I am kinda of a Type A but we are also moving right after we get back for the wedding so I feel like I have to everything wedding done before our house turns into nothing but packing boxes Are you getting excited? Thank you!! I actually bought the shoes at Steve Madden last summer and didn't wear them so they became the wedding shoes when we decided on the beach. Even though they are from last year I'm pretty sure they stills carry them. Nordstrom might have them too.

Thanks!! The OOT bags are at www.weddingchicks.com. They are pricey so if we do them they will probably be a DIY project made to look like them. The flower girl dresses are from Childrens Place, they were a steal at $18.90. They have a lot of cute Easter dresses right now that make cute flower girl dresses if you want to stay away from white ( I did).

I finally feel like things are starting to come together with 75 days left to go! I thought it would be a good time to share some of the planning with you lovely ladies. We are having our Ceremony and Reception at the NOW Jade Resort and Spa in Puerto Morelos Mexico. We did a site visit last July and LOVED it! We decided to have the ceremony on the beach and the reception in the Bamboo Room which is a beautiful room with tons of windows (and air conditioning, woohoo!!) Now for the pics..... Wedding Dress: Wedding Shoes: Bridesmaid Dresses from Anthropologie: Grooms/Groomsman Attire: Flower Girl Dresses: My DIY Fun thus far: I covered these vases with cute paper for flowers, they will go with the lanterns below for the centerpieces These are going to be tags for our Maraca favors that will also double as place cards. We're going to have them on every place setting. Welcome Bag design (on the right) we are considering (if we decide to do them.) We are having paper lanterns in a cluster like this above the dance floor: Cake Inspiration: Bouquet and Boutonniere Inspiration : There so much more but I'm off to bed now. I will post more later.

To give your guest a little piece of mind you could let them know that all the big resorts down there are gated with security. We went down in July to do a site visit and there is a guard station at the gate, they check your name before they will let you into the resort area. We felt very safe the entire time we were there. There is crime everywhere you go, you just have to be a smart traveler and you'll be fine. I hope this helps!

I was told to use an outside florist I would have to pay a fee of $350.00. Has anyone else been told this?

We'll be there the same time. My fiance and I are getting married the June 16th!
