Honestly, I am so confused now! I really like the idea of mixing Teal and Coral together but find it really had to combine these two colors with flowers. I have no problem with invitations, wedding decor and wedding attire, but when it comes to flowers I'm lost. I like the idea of adding orange callas to my bouquet. I've actually seen a beautiful orange calla bridal bouquet today, so now I'm leaning more towards that! I'm so indecisive...lol This bouquet has orange, yellow and cream white callas. This LOVE this bouquet. I really like the first one too though. See how indecisive I am...

I think I'll try the facebook page tonight because after 2 emails, I still haven't heard back from the restaurant. I'm starting to panic because I really wanna book a date in Nov 2011 with this restaurant. Thanks for the info!!

Hey Mochamakes3, I love your passport mock up. It's awesome!! I can't believe you did that. Now i'm inspired to give it a try.

My color theme will be aqua blue and orange, and so far this is what I'm thinking of doing - would love anyone's opinion on this idea!! This would be my bouquet - it's white calla lilies with a blue flower - no idea what it is though, lol. My bridesmaids would have orange calla lilies with the same blue flower above. Their dresses will be much lighter so you will actually see the dark blue stand out. What do you ladies think?? I saw this picture and thought this idea didn't look so good - this was my original idea ~ having a blue bouquet whiles my BMs would have orange bouquets. Not so sure I'm loving that idea anymore, lol.

What software did you use to create these STD/Invites? They are so cute!!

I am also undecided as to whether I should create my own saves the dates, boarding passes, invitations and thank you cards. DW usually don't have 150-200 guests like normal wedding do, so I guess it's do-able. I'm going to a wedding show this weekend to meet with a few vendors to see if it's worth it, but I'm leaning more towards a DIY project. If you reside in Canada, have you checked out the Michaels craft stores? They have awesome kits that you can put together and all you need is a good printer and a lot of ink. I think it's worth it and you'll save probably tons of $$$.

Wow, I'm so excited to find another girl on here that's getting married close to our date!! And at the same place!! Too funny! I still haven't heard back from Mayte at the JellyFish. Should I be worried at this point? I have MC tentatively booked on Nov 5th for a beach ceremony, but I want to move my entire wedding to the JF restaurant. So my date will obviously change, but now I'm freaking out that the restaurant will soon booked up. Grrrr...maybe I should just call the restaurant??

Hey Jlarruda, When are you getting married in November? We are also getting married in November 2011 and staying at the MC or ME. Not sure which one yet. I've also contemplated staying at a closer resort to the JellyFish restaurant because we too want to get married and have our dinner at the restaurant.

I'm almost certain that I saw pictures on their Facebook page of a buffet setup, so I'm sure they could accomodate one for 50ppl. Let me know if you hear back from them.

Hey ladies, I see that some of you have had the chance to reach Mayte. Can one of you confirm her email address again to me because I've tried contacting her twice and still got no response. I'd really like to have both my ceremony and reception at this restaurant and have only 10mths to plan my wedding. Starting to freak out a little, lol. I don't even have brochures or anything. Only the price list that someone posted earlier..thank goodness! I know that she is very busy but I'm scared to loose my preferred date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I read that the restaurant is also 30mins away from the Majestic, is this true? And is the ride as bumpy as Tripadvisor describes it, lol?

Hey Manda, We decided on the MC because our TA told us that this was the #1 resort for Destination Weddings in PC. Our second option was Dreams Palm Beach, but somehow we kept coming back to MC. We also looked at the reviews on TripAdvisor, and read nothing but awesome reviews for both ME and MC. So we chose MC, but might actually switch to ME since this is the newer resort of the two and our TA is recommending it. Hope this helps ...I know how confusing it can get to chose a resort!! Good luck and I'm sure the choice you make will be an awesome one!
