That's a tricky one, I am not sure if the above posters realize that you will already have 2 MOHs, so suggesting to have 3 out of 5 might seem odd to people. I agree that asking one sister over another would lead to hard feelings. It might be easier to have 3 (which is a little unusual) or just one MOH (your bf) and then your sisters are BMs. Is anyone married so you could do Maid of Honor vs Matron of Honor??

I agree with Sax Lady. Go shopping for your dress. If she has bailed twice, no reason to wait around for her, especially because being someone's golf partner is not exactly a super important reason to cancel. Enjoy your engagement and do what makes YOU happy. Best of luck.

Oh no!!! I would try to call her and email her again every day (I know it's a little psycho, but you need to know if you can count on her). That seems like a long time. If she falls through, I'm sure there are beautiful flowers you can buy in Jamaica, so try not to worry too much, although you may pay more for them. Yay for another Delaware bride!
