Mrs. Williams, Â Just to quickly clarigy...when you said "entree" you mean "main course" right? Â Also, I already know what my guests chose...I already know what each person wants as their main course...so I want to print my menus again. Â Ok so lemme see if I get this now... Â For the Entree, Soup and Dessert....everyone has the same thing which me and my husband choose?? And for the Main Course, each guests chooses (in th end) only one option which of course will vary depending on what the person chooses? Â I want to re-print my menus again and I want to be sure Im doing it right this time. Â So Person A might have: Â Entree: Capresse Salad Soup: Cream of Mushroom Main Course: CHicken Cordon Bleu Dessert: Pinneaple Volteado... Â Person B has the same thing except for the Main Course: Entree: Capresse Salad Soup: Cream of Mushroom Main Course: CHicken Cordon Bleu Dessert: Pinneaple Volteado.... Â Oh man...im so screwed LOL

Hi Ladies....I feel like im gonna loose it...less than 2 weeks away and Im having trouble communicationg with Yanna. Im going for the Silver Menu ... here is my issue:  I was assigned over to Yanna (the new wedding coordinator) and I do not understand what she says to me. So I made the mistake of having each guest pick their own menu by choosing one optiion from each of the four courses (entree, soup, main course, desert) Yana then told me that the bride and groom choose the same courses (except for the main course) for each guest. this is what she wrote:  **Please make the menu selection as follows: 1 Entrée (For all group) 1 Soup (For all group) 2 Main course (the guest choose on the wedding day) 1 desserts (For all group) ***  I then got confused b/c she wrote that guests choose 2 main courses! So I wrote back to her to clarify this for me telling her that they only get to choose 1 main course.  She then writes back to me that yes, guests get 2 choices for the main course but only get to choose one. I am confused, as there are 4 options for the main course.  I just dont understand how all of this S**t works. Im pissed b/c I bought special paper for the menus...i printed them already and now I did it wrong...I wanna re-print them again but I need to know exactly how it should be done before I make another mistake.  If you any of you ladies are going with the silver or gold menu, can you pleeeaaasseee help me out!!! Gaby.... Thanks so much for the amazing review!!!! The pictures are absolutely gorgeous! Yaay to HDC! I'm leaving in less than 3 weeks ... I still have a few things to do before so of course I'm freaking out a little!!! As you already know I'm a little messed up in the head... I'm carrying everything down w/ me; table linens, centerpieces, candle holders, etc. I just want everything to be perfect... I know I'm supposed to relax... I'm trying but my hubby didn't even buy his suit yet lol I feel like strangling him!!! Xo o

Akkelly...of course you can swim at DLR!!! I dont think any of us would have chosen a resort and made all of our guests pay $$$ for a vacation where they could only go swimming in a pool! You can check out hundreds of pictures of the resort on tripadvisor or on oyster.com....even on facebook!

So I shouldnt bother buying a hand held steamer? Yanna will do this for free? I hope so....Ive been spending way too much $$$ on this wedding Thanks again Lesley p.s. I leave in exactly one month from today... woohoooo

I'm super excited!!! Only nervous if it rains on my wedding day, if my centerpieces don't get there safely and about flying lol Hubby and I haatteee to fly So I'm flying with Sunwing...I've travelled with this airline before,.. It's a pretty small plane. Does anyone know if they have a closet where to hang the wedding dress? I've read so many bad experiences in regard to the dress getting totally wrinkled so I'm a little worried about that..... Any suggestion from past/future brides??

Hi Hermosahoops, I was told that the cocktail hour includes an open bar for free for an hour. I hope this hasnt changed...if anyone finds out first, please post the answer

Hi Ladies, For those of you who got married already, I was wondering how you paid for everything such as HDC, SSG, decorations, etc (cash, cheque..etc?) I know I know.... I should know this by now lol Thanks xoxo

P.s. The changes in prices are def. not Tiara's fault but the resort's! I know it's easy to blame her since we interact directly with her but Tiara has been amazing!!! She tries to answer everyones questions while at the same time spending a whole day making brides' weddings as perfect as possible!

Dcairns.... Thank you soooooo much for that pic of the interior of the SSG!!! I'm having my reception on the SSG deck and I was worried what would happen if it rained outside since I bought so much stuff to bring down with me! I'm gonna message Tiara to see if the inside of the SSG would be an option in case of rain!!! Thanks again xoxo

Hey, She replied back to me and said that since I booked the resort early in the year, they will honor the original quotation they gave me...since you booked it all the way in April, Im sure you will be ok xoxo Lemme kno what she says

dcairns, There are 2 options: a) Rent out the SSG deck for a fixed price of $1000 + tax where your guests pick off the SSG regular menu which you are doing. You can go with the special wedding menu (silver in my my case) and you pay per person $30/person +tax (thats the one Im going with) I contacted Tiara....so starting July 19th, indeed, for both options you have to pay for the bar service now ($10/ person + tax) However, she said that since I booked the resort at the beginning of this year, they are forced to honor the original quotation

OK...this is total BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im planning on paying per person for the menu (silver menu)...do you think the same thing regarding the bar service applies to me as well??? Im sooo piissseeedd!! This wedding is starting to cost me A LOT which is **^^%&%*&*#@ considering its at an All Inclusive resort!

Hey ya...yesss its so close....ahhhhhhhhh I ordered a bouquet, 6 peonies to decorate my cake and also a boutonniere for my hubby. I took pics but never uploaded them...hopefully I will have some time in the next few days to do so...Im @ my parents place for the weekend and I left my camera @ home. I can tell you that Im super pleased w/ her work! Her work is amazing and shes such an awsome person. My only complaint is of the boutoniere; it came out nice but huge!! Its an orchid but came out the size of my hand LOL so i will have to order one from the resort But no worries...her work is amazing so I cant complain...I never contacted her to tell her was was unhappy...shes truly telented and you can tell she puts her heart and sould into all her flowers Let me know when you get yours xoxo Bee

Hi Taylorbabe, I have the free package (Dreams wedding in Paradise) I e-mailed Tiara in regards to the cocktail hour...here is what we wrote to one another: Hi Tiara, I want to have a cocktail hour (gold menu)....does this include an open bar? Answer: Dear Bianca: I hope this email finds you well. In response to your inquiry, I would like to confirm you that the cocktail hour includes an open bar for 1 hour. I never asked about drinks at the reception....I should def. look into that If you find out before me, pls let me know Im doing the reception @ the SSG deck and Im getting the Silver Menu...hopefully some drinks are included; Im paying so much for this wedding already I have some pictures from Tiara...I will try my best to send them to you asap... xoxo Bee

Im so happy that I booked HDC Btw, I was stalkin you on FB for more wedding pics LOL thanks for posting them Thank you so much for the idea of asking for one of the upgraded rooms for getting ready...I would have never thought of that! Also, thanks so much for looking into the table sizes! I was able to get the info from Tiara so for any other future brides who needed dimensions. here they are: a) If you use round tables, they have 48 inches and 72 inches tables. To seat 8 people comfortably, you must go with the 72 inch table. If you want rectangular tables, they have 60 inch tables. c) The small tables (for the cake or guestbook), they are square and measure approximately 48 inches. d) The height of the 72 inche tables is 31.2 inches, meaning you would need a round tablecloth of 134 inches. I am ordering my table cloths and napkins from www.efavormart.com ... I looked around and found their prices to be the best and shipping the lowerst!!! Hope this helps some of you ladies xoxo Bee
