Ok ladies I am one step closer! My TA is in chats with Tiffany and the resort to book my date in stone and get my group rate/block done! In the meantime, I typed out my ENTIRE budget last night and was A TON over so started making cuts only to get super depressed then cried to MY FI to which he reminded me that it really doesn't matter because we are going to have the best time no matter what. The funniest part is while making cuts with both decided we CANNOT cut the Mexican Donkey Cocktail Party. The Donkey seems to be the one keeping us sane when stress kicks in. I think of getting a beer from the donkey and suddenly everything is ok! Good News is budget is now back under a mangeable amount and next stop get this resort BOOKED!!! YAH! In GOOD NEWS I got an email confirmation for my appt at J. Crew Wedding Boutique in NYC. I will be up there for business in July so I am going to MY FIRST offical Dress outing to see what they have. Up till now it's been all on the internet!

Never Fear! I think you good any of the ways these ladies suggested. I do not have ANY BMs and my little brother is walking me down the aisle then standing there to be my "Brother of Honor". I am not going to have a shower unless my future mother-in-law wants to have one. I am planning my own bachlorette just due to I would feel weird saying throw me a party even though your not a BM..LOL. I actually am very control freak so planning my bachlorette is turning out to be right up my comfort level! My friends are going shopping with me and I bounce ideas off them over email all day. I think some of them are actually relieved they don't have to do anything. HA Hang in there and it will all work out! Sending good thoughts your way!

Congrat and Welcome! Picking a resort is tough but the lovely ladies on this forum have so many reviews! i am sure you will find the right one! I found my resort on this forum! I didn't even know it was out there!

We are staying at our resort for a couple days after our guests leave as well. We can't take a full honeymoon do to work so we figured that was the best solution!

Congrats and Welcome! My budget was the same way but the ladies on this forum and all the information will make it seem like you have been to your resort before. This is the best forum and there are TONS of ideas
