Ladies, Need some help. Does anyone have an example of a TA or How to Book letter that they included in their invites or emailed out? I have part of it from my TA but I think it needs a bit more explanation. Alot of my friends have never used a TA. Her letter reads like everyone knows. If anone can email me their or an example that can at least give me a comparitive! Â Maggie [email protected]

Agreed - Plus my TA neogicated with the "Group reservations" department to get our group rates so that it would be cheeaper for my guests! She did a great job! Â

WELCOME! Â I skipped over STD and I am sending out my invitations this month for my wedding next May. It has a TA Letter in it on how to book and whatnot. I figure I will then do a reminder people via my christmas cards if they haven't booked yet. I also did Thank you card to snail mail for anyone that books. Hope that helps!

Hello Ladies! big prgress today! First my dress is in and I pick it up Sat. I am then going to store it at a friends house till March when I see if we need alterations. Second Booked my BD shoot for March with Chrstine Tremoulet here is Houston. Very excited about that! Third All the inviations are stuff, labeled and ready. They just need my TA's booking instruction letter and I am ready to mail these bad boys! Fourth Deposits on room have been made by all essential family members coming so rooms are booked Fifth I am really liking my WC Maria Fay - She has been getting back to me so qick and we have most of the detail sheet worked out on details. Just Need numbers Sixth Ordered my Thank you for booking Thank You cards with our monogram on them! WHEW

I can do any day except Friday as well after 6:30

I have parents that are contributing but they are the smallest percentage so i am doing something super simple. My Grandparents are getting a engraved picture frame with one of our wedding photos in it Not sure what I am getting my mom yet but we are getting my stepdad a pair on Penn State football tickets for 2011 season since he LOVES Penn State FMIL - She like the pandora jewelry so looking into that FFIL - Golfs so new putter for him  Hope that helps! I think it's a matter of preference. We are going to get closer to the date of Mexico and see if we have time to do it before or after. I look at it as, we are getting married infront of our family and friends in Mexico so that is without a doubt "my wedding". The Legal ceremoney really if you think about it nothing but a paper for the government. Â LOL you guys look cute

My invitations are 75% done. They have return address labels on then and guest's address labels They are stuffed except for the TA Letter. All I need is to put the names on the inside envelopes and attached stamps! I think i am going to manage to get these out by late Aug after all!

Ok let's circle back next week and see what is good for everyone!
