I think Jamie has a great idea! I did not have bridesmaids so unfortunately i didn't have to deal with this. I will say that if you tell them you want to look "natural" with the makeup they don't do anything too heavy. I don't like the way i look with alot of makeup and he did mine perfect at the salon!

I did my hair at 11am for a 3pm wedding and it was fast. I was the only one getting my hair and makeup done and was the only one in the salon. When i looked into it it didn't make $$ sense for transport. We were already going to get tagged with baggage fees so it turned out to be about $40 less then just renting them so for the ease of it I rented It's going to be AWESOME! We will do a rain rain stay away dance for you! I did the trial and I am glad I did because I ended up playing around with the make-up and do ing something different then what I orginally thought

Well I orginally booked the Mango Package that came with 3 hours and about 300 shots but when I got my disk there was over 600 so that was a pro of the Cairbe I LOVE THEM!!! They are so easy to use and I have used them at least 5-7 times for my bachlorette, birthday parties and next weekend wearing them to a friends wedding!! TOTALLY worth the $$ I spent The Minister is AWESOME!!! I think I am dissapointed because I have seen so many other brides who brought photographers with them or paid the fee and their pictures look so much better. The 110 or so I have on Shutterfly are the best of the 600. It's ok though Like I said my mom took some AMAZING ones Thanks, Yeah i definitely can make it work so that is the blessing! I just was hoping for more

Thank you so much! OUr photographers name was Haviare (Not sure on my spelling there) He was great personality and took what I thought were the right shots but they just didn't turn out that great

Ok ladies, Got my photos from Cairbe Photography and I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I did get over 600 pictures which was a positive but I would say less than 20% are useable. http://maggieandjaywedding.shutterfly.com/ I posted the best 100 and even then they really aren't that impressive. I am so glad I had my mom their as backup. I wouldn't use them again but also I did get what I paid for. i had a tight budget and i couldn't afford to bring someone with us and pay them or go with another Mexico photographer and pay the outside vendor fee. I did love the photographer they sent. I guess he just doesn't take good photos. Between the ones I like from them and my mom's I should be able to put together a very decent Album! Just wanted to put my experience out there!

I will say no matter what time of year there were LOTS of kid activities for all ages. We had an 18 month old at our wedding and she was in love with the kids pull. I did see a ton a "teen" age kids hang out in the Teen breeze clud during the day when we would wander around

I bought the Auburn 20 inch then my hairdresser here in the states and I dyed them and cut them and did a trial. I wore them out a couple nights too just test run

I would say you can self entertain and it's just as good. We just rented the sounde system due to the budget and I think it was just as good

I did hair extentions and my hair was down. The extentions were clip in. The salon did such a great job and even with the wind it held awesome. I had my brother check one last time before we walked down the aisle but so far in the picsI can't tell I have a whole set of clip in on. They were not that strict at all while we were there. I think my husband wore pants to the Tapas place and that was it.

I can't speak for the sky deck but I can tell you at 3pm on the beach there is no way a veil would survived on my wedding day. My hair was all over the place

1. I just took really good care of my skin and scaled back on makeup about a month out. I did get eyelash Extentions from a Groupon and they were fabulous! 2. I tried the spray tan about 2 months before but I am VERY pale as well and I didn't like the color it gave me. With that said I was at the resort about 5 days before my wedding so I got a "tan" in that time that was perfect

Voted and glad he is feeling better! Be Careful and I am sure it's going to be AWESOME!!!! Our's wasn't really a secret to anyone except my husbands family (minus his mom and dad) because his parents were afraid his family would take offense to it not being a "real" wedding which to me seems silly but for the sake of everyone we went along with it. My family and friends all knew and didn't think it was a big deal onc I explained the process and how much paperwork and whatnot. We were very clear that we are celebrating may 15th as our anniversary and they other one was simply a filing a of papers with the US Gov't

There should be this early in the game! They did finalize legal vs non legal with me till a couple months before. You should be fine
