We basically are using the 2 hour Mexican Donkey Cocktail Party for a welcome party the day before. I got the beach location by asking for it. On Sunday i am going to do an informa meet at the bar cocktail hour before our private reception. I really wanted a welcome party that Jay and I could enjoy as well as our guest meet each other http://www.lomas-travel.com/

We did the same for our reception with renting their sound system but i wanted to save some money for my Welcome Beach Party so I am bringing my Ihome. For the background music purpose it will work and I don't have to rent their sound system twice November Ladies - When are you leaving?? How excited are you!!!

I am bringing my own IPOD Ihome for my welcome party so basically they just give you an outlet to plug in. My speakers in my Ihome are pretty loud for a little machine so I think it will work for the beach welcome BBQ For the Reception I rented their sound system and she guarentees me that my ipod will plug-in
