Caroline, No you do not get to have a tasting but some of the items you have are on the menus at several of the restaurants! If you like crab wontons you must try them at seaside grille! THEY Were our favorite!! Anyway you can subsitute food just let them know. Good luck at your site visit. We loved the hotel... we are actually going back on the 5th for our 1 yr anniversary. Instead of going bk to Dreams we are trying Secrets Silversands.
