    I'm putting a welcome booklet for my guests that will have a "Meet the Guests" section....$1 photo album from Walmart, cardstock, extra print cartridges and Microsoft PowerPoint Finding and cropping the pictures was the most time consuming part!

    It shouldn't be a problem, I've read around the forums that some people book as little as 1-2 months in advance (of course, this depends on dates, number of guests, etc). Happy planning, it'll go by fast!

    From what I've read around the forums, it shouldn't be a problem...if they end up searching your bags, some brides have busted out the receipts for the items, which may help.

    My colors are teal and raspberry with hints of pale citrus. My favorite color is burgundy, but I thought it would be too dark for a spring beach wedding, and raspberry wasn't as *pink* as hot fuschia. However, it's hard finding raspberry colored things sometimes, so some of my ribbons, etc are more fuschia. Love the design of the Misty Blue dress! Very flowing.

    Thanks for the app info, will definitely take it into consideration when compiling everything. We have a small guest count (~25) and are either going to bring my Logitech speakers or use the resort's sound system.

    Congrats on deciding on a place (it's one of the biggest steps)! You'll find tons of info for the rest of the planning process. My FI and I have been trying to keep the money between us so we can call as much of the shots and not have someone else dictate what his/her wishes were...best of luck!

    The coordinators tend to not reply as fast if your date is not close, but if it's within 1-2 months, they'll reply more quickly. Good luck and congrats!!
