    Welcome! I try to post a lot too but 150 just never feels like its going to happen. I've had people send me stuff on email though...everyone is pretty good about that.

    I don't know who my coordinator is yet...I have mostly just been going through my TA. I think I will probably try to contact her in the next few days. I am so ready for it to be April!

    Fun! I have booked my gazebo but that is it. I was thinking I might contact the coordinator there soon. I don't want to get real worked up or stress about planning anything because that was the whole point of having a destination wedding!

    You will probably have a lot of guest with concerns about the crimes but you just have to let them know that is not at the resorts in Mexico. Form what I have read the only violence - outside of the border towns - is in acapulco and they don't seem to be tourist spots. I think if you stay on the resort and don't venture off outside of heavily tourist areas everyone will be fine. And if you aren't traveling with any Survivor producers

    How do you know where your reception is already? I was told we weren't able to do that until closer to the actual date? I'm also getting married in April.

    Those look great. Are you bringing in your own vases or you buying them there? Also - are you planning on hanging lanterns your self?

    Does anyone know what type of music is available for the actual ceremony and how much that is? I am doing the complimentary package but wasn't sure if there was any ceremony music included on that.

    I was thinking about place cards and decided against it. First I don't want to plan where people sit and second I don't want to bring a ton of stuff with me. I read on one of the forums that if you just put "Wedding stuff" on everything they don't really look in to it. I was also happy to find out in September when I flew to Cabo that they don't charge for every single bag to mexico like they do with the flights withing the US. anyway to save money!
