  1. I don't have too much "advice" but I'm happy to share my day-after photos with you all so you have an idea of locations! We went to El Morro, wandered around the town a bit, then went to Isla Verde Beach. Plenty of photos on my photographers blog! http://www.michaelwachniak.com/realloveis/2011/11/stephanie-colin-day-after-session-in-san-juan-puerto-rico/
  2. Congratulations! Your pictures are stunning, as are you & your husband!
  3. I brought tons of custom items, but nothing that could really be classified as "decor"... I brought a seating chart (in a large picture frame), table numbers/kissing menus & stands, drinking straws with flags, custom guestbook sign, some "diamonds" to scatter around my cake table, guestbok table, and seating chart table, custom cake topper, and custom napkins. I also made detailed programs for the ceremony. I found that using my own table numbers/kissing signs was enough "decor" for the tables in addition to the decor that Carnival alread had on the tables.
  4. I am selling my gorgeous, custom made, sash that I wore on my wedding dress - it was hand sewn using Swarovski Crystals, purchased from Sposa Couture in White Rock, British Columbia for $500 plus taxes. The beading is set on white genuine silk. This sash is stunning, the sparkles will take your breath away - it is the perfect addition to your wedding dress! I am asking $250 - buyer to shipping costs. I will calculate the exact amount to your area! Please contact me with your offer or to obtain more pictures!
  5. I am selling the Victoria's Secret Maxi dress that I wore for my Trash The Dress session in San Juan Puerto Rico. I purchased this for $79.50 + taxes and duty and wore it for an hour then cleaned it - it looks brand new! Please contact me if you are interested or would like to see more photos. Details from the VS website: The lightest layer of support is built right in. Halter ties at neck Built-in shelf bra with luxe cotton With modal for a supersoft feel and luxurious drape and spandex for a stretchier, sexier fit Ruched at bust Empire waist Cut-out back 39" from waist
  6. Hello! I am selling the Victoria's Secret Bride Robe that I wore for a couple of hours while getting ready on my wedding day. It is a white silk-like material, with BRIDE written in script with rhinestones on the back. It is one size - I wear a S/M, and as this comes with a waist tie, it fit perfectly. Retails for $68 + tax, but it is no longer available from Victoria's Secret! I am located in Canada (Vancouver) but will ship anywhere. Buyer will pay shipping, once I find out where you are located and I can calculate the cost but I figure roughly $10. Please contact me if you need any more information!
  7. Hmm, I have no idea what to do! My wedding planner owns her business and her husband is the officiant. Is $50 each acceptable? Should I be tipping more, or less? I'm leaving tomorrow so am going to get the cash out of the bank very soon!
  8. I have one which I can sell after my wedding Nov 1 if anyone would like to buy it! I haven't seen it online for a while but I know they have it at the VS in Bellingham, Washington.
  9. Definitely no undershirts for my groomsmen! They didn't really seem see-through when they tried it on, but I'd rather see a bit of chest hair than the white undershirts which I think will definitely show through the linen shirts and create odd lines.
