Ginger, I think you need 125 posts in order to see the attachements! lol well, I told her that she needs to diet first (to melt her tires), then move her bum bum after. the funny thing was...she only did 10 crunches, nothing else! it was out of the blue, while I was just chilling with my cosmo and watching TLC. After her 10 crunches, she said: " I wanna have a steak for tonight!"

Michelle, Just change it to a lace-up back, or get another one (a 2 lb bag!) that fits u perfectly! I am sure, they mixed up with the sizes. You aren't fat, look at my bff, I am still amazed by the fact that while I was watching TV at her place, she was trying to tell me that she was doing smth about her tires...by doing 10 crunches while I was watching TV with my cosmo. I almost die from the lack of oxygen due to excessive laughing (may also need botox to smooth all the laughing lines). Michelle, It is pretty close to the original, except..u need to stop eating for 2 months in order to fit in! I guess they can make another one in 10 days. Shooty, I uploaded my dress's pics on photobucket. Search prettypigpig as user on Photobucket, you will find them in my dress album. As for the size problem, it is a mystery. I ordered 4 dresses from Monica Bridal, 2 dresses for myself and 2 for my sisters, they all came out ok. I ordered 1 dress from Babyonline for my disproportionally fat bestfriend, and it fits like a glove. I guess I am lucky.

LOL! Nan..That is a great idea! Except, my FI's family members are spaniard descendants, so they do speak Spanish. On my side, me and my siblings when thru high school with international program, so we all took basic Spanish. French and Spanish are from the same Latin root, so most of the Francophones can decode Spanish.

thx girls! the cutter wore out after cutting 60 boarding passes, so I need to buy a new one before continuing the production. There is a snow storm today..with 20 cm of snow on top of my car..not sure if I wanna go out! lol Since some guests are anglophones, some are francophones, every part needs to be bilingual. I added a page with activities in PDC with pictograms!!

Badgergirl, Yes, it is a very honest friendship indeed. She would also comment on my surferboard chest and very b*tchy attitude. We are almost of the opposite in every single aspect, from look to personality. A classic example of opposite attraction! LOL She will move to St-Louis soon, so I won't see her that often. The dress is my wedding gift to her. She values my taste, because she doesn't want to look like a burritos on her wedding day ( don't laugh, her other bestfriend, looked like a burritos on her day). It was her who came up with winter truck tires term, not me! LOL I think it depends on the amount of details, if a dress has a lot of lace applique and beadings, Monica Bridal will charge a bit more, because bigger size =more manual work for them. However, Monica Bridal's materials are a bit better than Babyonline's, tulles are softer, and the much more beadings and details.

Mocha, The dress was made by Babyonline, because Monica Bridal wanted to charge a bit of extra due to the size...heehee. Ginger, Yes, she still looks pretty meaty in the dress, but she knows it is not the dress's fault. She likes the dress because it hides her winter truck tires, elephant legs, and it is light. We tried on so many dresses in local bridal shops. Some dresses were too heavy, some fit her waist, but too big at all other parts ( her girls are size 10, the waist is size 20, the hip is a size 14), some she couldn't get in, some she could get in, but couldn't zip up. The dress fits like a glove, I had to push her in a bit and move her tires around in order to zip it up like we zip our overloaded luggage (trust me, at one point we were very worried) Nan, She will wear it with the bow, she said the bow can distract people, and focus less on her winter truck tires. lol

Terilina, I think the ruffles under the bodices are actually flowers, and there is a sheer tulle over the skirt (we can see it in the last pic, when that chick lift her dress, you can see the tulle layer. Giving the time limit, and the high volume of shipments during holiday season, it is better to get it now versus to remake the whole dress.
