  1. Yes, bonfire is $250 for 1hr for 15 ppl and includes open bar for those 15 people. So we really only had to pay open bar for an addl 10 people which was nice. Like I said, it ended up lasting about 2 hours and the bartender stayed the whole time.
  2. Thank you all for the compliments!! pintsize - Yes, we had to pay extra for the bonfire but it went for an hour and included open bar for 15 ppl! However it went for about 2.5 hours. It was a great feature!

  5. You wont be charged either because they wont be staying on the property long. They should only be dropping the flowers off at nicoles office and the people at the suites will set them up and nicole and her assistant will deliever the bridal parties flowers to them. You only need a vendor fee if its things like music or entertainment that you have hired from an outside source. A day pass required if they are eating/drinking at the property. However, I hired marica roberts photography and i only paid for 2 vendor fees ( not day passes ) yet their was 3 of them and they ate and drank! So it is a bit confusing. That was my experience tho!

  9. Hi Everyone, We just got married at the Suites on april 23rd and now transfered over to the Grand for our honeymoon (been here for a few days now and come back home sunday). Just letting everyone know that everything went smoothly and not a single hicup or anything unexpected. I will post a review as soon as I get home. I strongly advise everyone to make sure everything is communicated to Nicole PRIOR to your arrival - if so, you will have no worries mon!!!
  10. Just letting everyone know I leave on tuesday for the Suites!! I cannot believe it came up SO quickly. Enjoy every little bit of planning!!! Our wedding is next saturday. Nicole has become a bit more attentive in the last few weeks incase you are wondering!!! I hope everything goes well but im pretty laid back and havent planned too many over the top things! Ill definatly post a review once I return. Thanx to all you ladies for all the Q & A!
  11. hey! I just asked nicole this question and she told me yesterday it was rev. Conrad Thomas! Also, about the steel band they can plan certain songs - I requested for "somewhere over the rainbow" and they are able to play this when I walk down the isle!
  12. Yes, you can. You just have to pay as though you had 50 people ($18 per person after the first free 8 people). This is what we are doing as well!
  13. We booked ours 6 months in advance. We booked in October 2010 for our April 2011 wedding. I think about 5-6 months in advance is about right. It was just enough for us to get an early booking discount - but not too late that the resort wasnt booked up!
  14. We just extended our stay after our wedding at the suites we are transfering to the Grand for 7 days to celebrate alone! super excited!!!
