Stay away from Trip Advisor! I agree only people that have negative things to say there. I was worried about my resort...but got much better updates and infromation from BDW brides. So I decided to search Trip Advisor from places I've visited and it confirmed they are miscued!

I concur!!! I share in your pain! Actually, I invited everyone I would have if I had an traditional wedding. My thoughts if you can make it see you there if not be with us in spirit. That covered anyone feeling left out. Funny...when I asked a couple of people for their address they refused because they said they wouldn't come anyway. I also heard the selfish comments. Nonetheless, my humble opinion when they have negative feedback is "WHATEVER" It's your wedding and not theirs...I have even told someone if you are not contributing financially - I don't want to hear your opinion. I know that sounds mean but sometimes you have to shut down the negative comments. I love the idea of requesting $$$ when people ask why.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure if its connected to Palma Real. One of the malls is connected to a resort I think it may be the Galerias at Punta Cana Village. I was just looking for a mid-day get-away but didn't want to do a full excursion...so this may work out to take a stroll and have lunch. Hard Rock did not appeal to me since as "Outdoor_girl1010" says they are pretty much the same everywhere.

I collect dolls and now fascinated with the faceless doll. So since we are sharing thought I'd share pics. I would love to add these to the OTT. What about Dominican instruments? Maraca's are easier to find but I understand they use the guira, can't find those to use as favors and 'couple salutes'. ummmmm

I know it takes time and persistence to loose weight. I know it didn't seem this hard gaining the weight. But with the stress of the wedding, moving, job and more....I would LOVE to see a little extra room in one of my outfits for encouragement and motivation. Just one of those days I need a little something to keep me moving. ON the good note met with personal trainer today, had a good workout however today's workout confirms I gotta get moving.
