I have not booked the trip yet, but I am going to do this in December. I have not found anyone that has actually used a charter yet, so I am going to wing it. I contacted Captain' Ricks and they got back to me that day and answered all my questions. They seemed very nice, ontop of things and quick to respond. Which is great because I HATE waiting for my Wedding Coordinator to get back to me. Below is his email. Note, If you book in Decemeber or before 2011, He says you might get better prices. I dunno! _______________ Yes, you should be able to book in January. We may raise prices next year so if possible, December may be better The Aventura Spa Palace is five minutes from our office and marina. We have shared trips on one of our 31" to 35" boats. The cost is $95.00 US per person for a half day and $190.00 US for a full day. We put a maximum of six anglers on the boat. We have private charters on one of our 31" to 35" boats. The cost is $390.00 US for a half day, $560.00 US for a three quarter day, and $690.00 US for a full day. You can take up to 8 people on these boats. We have private charters on one of our 38" boats. The cost is $475.00 US for half a day, $725.00 US for a three quarter day, and $850.00 US for a full day. These boats will hold up to 10 people. We have private charters on our 46" 6 boat. The cost is $575.00 US for half a day, $775.00 US for a three quarter day, and $950.00 US for a full day. This boat will hold up to 12 people. Finally, we have private charters on our 48" boat. The cost is $650.00 US for half a day, $825.00 US for a three quarter day, and $1,050.00 US for a full day. This boat will hold up to 12 people. All trips include soft drinks, water and a cooler full of ice as well as all the bait and fishing equipment you will need. On a full day trip you also get lunch. If you want beer or munchies you can bring your own or purchase it at the store near our office. Fishing licenses and fees are also included. Half day trips go out from 9:00 to 1:00 or 1:30 to 5:30. Three quarter day trips go out from 7:00 to 1:00. Full day trips go out from 9:00 to 5:00. To make a reservation you need to pick a date, time and type of trip. Then e-mail me back or call our office at 011-52-984-873-5195 or from the US at our toll free number 888-449-3562 with a credit card number to hold the trip. The office hours are 8:00 to 7:00 central time. oh also, are mayan ceromonys legal? Did it go in place of one of the resort packages or was it in addition. I signed up for the Amaythist Rose one already. Just wondering if the 1000 is in addition? Did you still get the carage ride?

Everything looks really special and unque. I am very interested in the Mayan Ceromony but my WC has not gotten back to me yet. I am guessing you have to contact them about ceromony. Did they pick out the Shamon for you or were you able to use who you wanted? I know they don't allow outside vendors ,but I am guessing this isnt really a normal serice they offer. Hello Ladies! Question. What is your Wedding Day time line like. I do not want to have guests sitting around and waiting. but I also dont want it to go too too fast. I am having a Marachi Band at 5, the wedding is at 4, Should I push it back? Mine is: Hair/Makup: 12:30 Wedding: 4:00 Cocktail: 5:00 with Marachi Band Dinner: 6:30 Also, Married Ladies? Did you feel like you had too much time or too little time between things?

I just emailed my guests about this. This is the best promo ever. I was going to go to the spa with my bridal party, as well as swim with the dolphins, golf and do tours before I heard about it. Its like getting everything I wanted to do for free! AWSOME!

I just wasnt sure if they would hang them and such when you give them to the WC .. I guess if they want to charge me for labor its still cheaper.

Past Brides... So I have been in contact with ASP and I finialy recieved a quote for the laterns I want. They want to charge me about $485 for my white chinese paper laterns. I can buy them (50 Laterns with Electrical cords and bulbs) for $120 In the big picture of things it normally wouldnt be that much of a savings ,but I need them for my AHR so I will be purchasing the $120 in laterns anyways. Now What I am wondering. If I bring them down with me. Do you think they will hang them up? I am reclucant to ask the hotel, because I believe they will stir me toward using their inhouse decor company. However I am hoping that if i just bring them down and give them to our WC, they will just do it. Thoughts? We have the Pandero Terrance and Mundaca Inlet reserved for our Cocktail/Reception Partys. They Terrance should be easy to hang, I am not sure about the Inlet, If they can do anything with that. Also, I know once you arrive the WC goes over all the decor with you. Is there an option for ticki torches or should I contact them before hand?

We are getting married in Feb. and having our party in June. Everyone that I have told about it thinks its perfect. No one really wants to go outside in February when you live in Wisconsin. June will be beautiful with good weather =) Plus we will have a little time to save up more money after Mexico

The Dress Under the Dress Both from David's Bridal. I do own them and have tried them on it home. They look amazing on! Sitting is a tad of a problem...if I want to breath, but hopefully I loose 5 pounds or something before the wedding.

I just ordered a few samples. I wasnt sure what would look best set on a plate. I shall report my findings =)

What did you guys to do latern cords and sockets? I am debating over multip 25ft cords or 1 50 ft cord? Thought it might be an easier set up. Thoughts?
