  2. We are going to do OOT bags but I think I am going to buy the bags ahead of time, but then go to the Walmart in Play Da Carman once I get down there and load them up with room snacks and other use things. This way I dont have to load up my suitcase.

They seem hella expensive. I wanted strings of lanters and the lanterns on a pole, with four stakes/lanters coming out of them. (Viewable in photo)  After getting these prices I am bring down 50 lanterns along with battery lights and fish string. I bought it all for under $100. Plus I can use them for my AHR. I dont mind paying for things ,but I feel the appove prices are just not a good deal.

  5. Oh thats such a disappointment. I am sure you have been waiting for a while for it to come in. I would think because it is a rather well known company they would let you return it. Especally if its an issue because it doesnt look like it should in the photo. Thats not a size issue, thats a "Company Takes Inaccurate Photos". Â I bet you can work with them on this issue. Maybe at least you could get them to allow a trade for another dress if their are any you like.

  10. I dont really get being a Palace Resort Member thing....Do you pay to be in it? Is it a timeshare thing?
  11. We did not have to put down a deposit on the blocks of room. We DID have to pay for our room in full. Also when guests book rooms threw that link I showed you yesturday they have to pay the first 2 days. They pay for the rest when they get down there. Â In regards to the Palace Dollars. You are correct with the only paying for yourself. So if you want to be the one paying for your guests you would have to pay in real cash. Â Â

  15. You could probably use resort dollors for the mani/pedi's =) Â I also am planning on getting a free reception and then paying for the cocktail party. I think it comes to $600
  16. Â I did not work with a travel agent. I booked everything myself. I heard some girls had a hard time getting their benifits because of working with a TA. Make sure you get a contract signed or they dont have to give them too you. Â What I posted is from our actual contact we signed. I believe we told them that we thought we were going to book. It doesnt have to be perfect. We told them it would be about 20 rooms between the dates for Feb. 11 - Feb 21th and that they were going to be split between the Cove and Spa side. They where happy with this answere. We have people coming early and some coming late for short times. So we just did the block for that 1.5 week span. Guests can book as they want, you just need an estimate for the hotel. Â After I gave them this information she put it into a contract with rates. When it was signed by both partys she gave me a link where people can sign up. Guests MUST sign up threw this link or they will not count toward our "booking benifits".   17. I am wearing a medium sized birdcage as well with feathers. I am going to wear a small two string pearl neckless. I am not sure about the earings. I want my hair to be down so I am not sure if you can see the ears. Â I really want to wear the neckless to break up my neck a little bit. I have a strapless dress, and I am not too found of my shoulders.

(Should the group require additional functions there will be a surcharge based on the number of guests and type of event) • The Hotel agrees to provide unlimited private functions plus 7 complimentary nights for the bride and groom with 25 rooms or more paid nightly for 3 nights or 75 room nights. Complimentary nights have a $10.00 USD per person, per night, non-refundable charge for tips and gratuities applied . • The Hotel agrees to provide the bride and groom with a room upgrade to the next available for a minimum of 25 rooms paid nightly for 3 nights or 75 room nights, based on availability. • Complimentary nights will be credited through group contract post travel. • Private Group functions are available without surcharge in meeting rooms and outdoor venues, except for beach and rooftop terraces with no elevator access, when using inclusive Hotel menus. The private functions provided by the resort will solemnly depend on the number of rooms booked through this group contract. (No credit for unused nights; not transferable to another party or good for future stays). Private function areas are assigned based on availability. • Wedding passes are $88.00 USD per person, per day and must be purchased for guests not staying at the hotel. Wedding passes are guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. When purchasing a wedding pass guests must exit the resort no later than 11:00pm. No exceptions will be made.
  21. I kind of want to do the free package ,but the FI wants the purple one. An extra 2300 we dont have to pay would make the total of our trip very reasonable.
  22. I know just what wedding your talking about, Tals and Someone's.... I already have implimented their "All White Wedding Idea" I thought it looked sooooo amazing. I loved it. I really want the cosmic wedding but the FI wants traditional. Does your FI want one? If so you will have to let me know how you got him to do that. Also my secondary color is purple...Will look hot with the all white. I booked Del Sol as well. We will have to chat!
