  1. The heel is 3 3/4". Here is a link to an out of stock listing so you can get a better look at them. The heel and sole is light gold, as this link makes it look more silver. http://www.endless.com/Pelle-Moda-Womens-Colette-Sandal/dp/B000T82JU2/189-1682024-0691849?ie=UTF8&suppressRedirect=1
  2. I think it really depends on the size of your wedding. We were just married this May on St. Thomas. We hosted 50 guests at a private villa and had our ceremony on the beach. We made a visit to the island beforehand, which gave us the opportunity to look around at different resorts for guests, see different beach options for our ceremony, meet our planner beforehand, sample the food from a couple of caterers and bakers, and also to try a few restaurants for our welcome dinner. If we hadn't gone, we probably would have chosen many things differently and I wouldn't have had any peace of mind. I imagine we would have gone with the vendors who appeared to be the most popular assuming they were the best. However, by going there we found the opposite to be true in a few instances...cake and catering namely. Not only did it save us a little bit, but we had a more personalized service and better quality food. I don't know if I would have been happy if we didn't go. So, if you can afford it then go for it! It will also give you and your fiance a much needed break that I'm sure you deserve.
  3. Selling the Pelle Moda Colette heels that I wore on my wedding day. They were so beautiful and I only wore them for the ceremony and photos. Would love if another bride can get use out of them. They are gorgeous! Size 8.5.
  4. I am selling a white sequined, scoop back, knee length dress, sized medium, that I wore for my reception. Paid $150 and worn for only a few hours, this dress is perfect for a reception dress. It's a very forgiving dress and would be flattering on any body type. In addition, it could be worn backwards so the scoop is in the front and it photographs beautifully. I hate to part with it, but can't think of another occasion when I can pull off white sequin!
  5. Purchased from Family Attic on Etsy, I'm selling the reversible Here Comes the Bride / Just Married sign that my nieces carried on my wedding day. It is a very well made, hand painted sign with ivory background, black lettering and scroll design, and a wisteria purple satin ribbon for handles.
  6. This adorable double sided, hand painted, wooden sign was carried by my two nieces in my May wedding on St. Thomas. It is very well made with holes drilled into the top. I have light purple satin ribbon tied through it in a bow, but you can add whatever colored ribbon that matches your wedding theme. It reads "Here Comes the Bride" on one side and "Just Married" on the other. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
  7. PM me if you're interested or would like to see additional photos.
