  5. 30 pounds since December is really awesome! Looks like I stayed the same this week. Not too surprised since I had to go out more than usual this week due to being out of town at a conference. I'm just glad I didn't gain.

  12. I wonder though how quickly the weight is regained if you go back to a "normal" diet after doing this. I just know I couldn't live forever without dairy or carbs.

  19. 3 mile walk yesterday Continued couch to 5k today, plus did some arm and ab exercises
  20. I didn't work out for 4 days in a row. I finally did a 3 mile walk yesterday, and I'm about to go walk (maybe run?) again. I can honestly say that I feel sluggish and gross after not having worked out. On the days when I walk or run, I feel so much better physically and mentally! I really need to get back on track.
