I've heard of the book, but I haven't read it.
I have to say though that being a vegetarian doesn't necessarily make you skinny. I've been a vegetarian for 13 years, but I have definitely not been skinny.

I tried one on with my dress while dress shopping, and it provided great support and held in my not-so-toned tummy!
After my first week of doing the dvd, I lost 2 pounds. Not a whole lot (could be fluctuation in water weight?). I'll weigh again this weekend and see if more weight came off. If so, I'll contribute it to the Shred.
I moved to week 6 of the pushups. I don't think I'll EVER be able to do 100 pushups without stopping. My goal is to be able to do 5 sets of 20 and not die. Week 6 is haaaarrrrrdddddd.
We haven't had a ton of comments on ours either, and I figured we would have had a ton recently because I just sent out STDs. We've had a lot of views though. See if you can track views on yours.
