We've recently decided to wait until spring to do our honeymoon, but we are thinking a cruise. We figure we can get the most bang for our buck that way. I'm hoping that we can get away with spending only $1000-1500 for both of us for 5-6 days.
Has anyone else used this app? I downloaded it several months ago but was never really consistent with it. Seems pretty easy to keep up with foods and exercise. Does anyone else have any other apps that they prefer for keeping up with weight loss?
Just make sure when dieting that you still eat. If you cut out meals or anything, your body will start using up any muscle you've built. My recommendation is to just kick up the cardio to burn more calories and try to stick around 1200 calories per day.
Poor thing! I agree about checking on a UTI. We had a problem with a cat that started going potty in the house, and it turned out to be the UTI. Hopefully, once the cast is off and he is able to go outside more, he'll stop going in the house.
