  1. the cut looks simpler but i see no reason to get rid of the gorgeous trim which i <3
  2. another vote for second (if i'm not too late). honestly they are both gorgeous and flattering, but i think the second has that extra something in style

  4. Hey girls! Another 2011 bride. We are planning 2*22*11 in Akumal, Mexico. Although we are doing a DW, fiance would not let me pick an all-inclusive hotel....so a bit more work than I want but we should have a great location in a villa out by the Yal-Ku lagoon. Looking forward to "meeting" everyone and swapping ideas
  5. If you have a Brite Smile office nearby I would recommend them. I had my teeth whitened on a special occassion several years ago. Initially a painful process. You show up and they put these uncomfortable "protectors" in your mouth and then, with your jaw cranked open, they put your mouth under a blue lamp. For the next 24 hours my teeth were really really sensitive (as in it hurt a little just to breath in deeply) and they cautioned me to only eat white or clear fluids and foods--which freaked me out to the point where I basically went on a rush diet But the results at least for me were PHENOMENAL. My teeth aren't bad to start with but I came out white off the charts and the white stayed for the next 6-8 months (and then started to slowly go back to the original off-white color). Yes, it is more expensive than home treatment and painful for 24 hours. In my opinon: completely worth it and I definitely plan to get them whitened about a month before the big day! Let me know if anyone has other easy ideas!

  8. Hello everyone! I am SOOOO happy to have all your advice and welcoming, wonderful ideas from this forum for my wedding planning! My name is Amber and I and my fiance, Stefan, are planning a destination wedding to Akumal-area next February. We are going out of the ordinary a bit by renting a villa and trying to plan the wedding from scratch (well, with a wedding planner but without the support of a larger hotel destination..). We had planned this "vaguely" for some time but now realize we are actually within the one year planning cycle. Yikes! Now I'll be mining all those great suggestions and sharing the research from my own planning. **hugs** ~A
