First and foremost is YOUR Wedding. You are going to have enough on your plate with that alone. I understand being a good friend and all, so If you have a little extra to give, then by all means help your friend. But don't wear yourself into the ground.. the stress might show on your pics. Let her know you can do your best but not to expect a miracle.
I'm not sure about the other, but Dreams Cancun has a busy thread (Dreams Cancun Questions). I'm sure the other one does too! Happy planning and congrats!
When you are logged in you should see a search option at the top. You'll see User CP, VB Plaza Menu, VB Pic Gallery, New Posts, SEARCH, quick links, and Log Out in that order. Hope this helps. Congrats and good luck!
I think it's a legal requirement, not just a resort requirement. You might look into a symbolic ceremony instead of a legal, then I think you only need to arrive about 2 days before and do the legal biz back in the states
Congrats and Welcome!

PS Soooo happy to be a part of this forum!! The bahamas look so nice. I like the idea of Andros (big diving sites) or Exumos (turquoise waters... where the celebs go). You are going to have a beautiful wedding! Congrats!

These resorts often have highly discounted site visits for brides and grooms to be. The only thing is you have to get there first. We are fortunate enough to be going to Cancun this summer with my fiance's parents because they own a timeshare, and we are going to stay at our resort one night and check it out ($99/pp a night)
Congrats!
Dreams Cancun!!!! I'm biased. Actually, it isn't even official for me yet. I hate waiting for emails from there! Although, I hear moon palace lets you do fireworks, and I'm kinda sad about them extending the beach at Dreams Cancun (the gazebo used to be surrounded by three sides of water, but now it's more like 2 - 2 1/2 with rocks because they fixed the beach. I'm still excited though. Hope that give you some info!
