I was too anxious to start looking so I went on Wednesday and found the one.
  3. Welcome and congratulations! Im getting married Nov.12 in RM also

I originally figured I would get married in the North gazebo b/c i dont want children there but Im not sure if that will be too far if I have the cocktail hour and reception over on the south side? any suggestions on that..also we're planning on there being around 50 guests and we all like to have a good time I read good things about having the cocktail hour at Pandero Terrace and the reception on the roof of Mundaco...does anyone have any thoughts on these places? thank you so much for any help and as time goes by, any information i collect I will definitely share with you guys so excited! Nicole Im getting married at ASP on the Nov 12! Im probably going to use the cove side gazebo because I have kids coming to the wedding. I chose 4:00 for the ceremony, but after reading this thread Im a little worried. Im also expecting about 50ppl and I dont know what Im going to do to make sure I can accomodate everyone. Have you decided on a photographer yet? I have so much to do still and its so overwhelming! Where do you start? lol

I feel like I could have spent the same money if I did a wedding at home. O well.
  11. Check out Victor Herreras website. He has assistants that charge less than $1000. There arent many reviews on him unfortunately.
  12. Welcome and congrats! Im also getting married at Aventura Cove! 11.12.10 cant wait!
  13. Check out San Antonio if youre going to be in the Austin area. San Antonio is about an hours drive from Austin. The riverwalk is gorgeous and theres so many restaurants!! Its not so "country" there, but still something you should check out if youre going to be the area.
  14. Congrats and welcome! Youll be able to make a decision based on all the info on here. Im getting married in Riviera Maya and this forum has definitely helped me feel better about where Im getting married. Cancun is a great choice. Check out some of the Cancun threads to help make a decision.
  15. lynn&mnh- Can you please share who you used as a photog? I havent found anything less than $2000. I thought that was good compared to the other prices Ive seen. LOL

Ive been researching photographers and so far I like Victor Herrera's work and price. Theres still so much to do and I dont know where to start!
