Bearer of bad news...sorry...have researched & researched & all photos of resort photographer in my opinion one word shit....however with no other option & going to try & not get stressed about it!! Â At the end of the day they can't confiscate your guests camera? People are entitled to takeh pictures also I am taking with me 30 disposable cameras for all my guests & telling them it is a competition with a prize for best phote!! Hopefuully will getg some decnt ones!! Â I have voicedmy opinion abut the photographer to Paloma & JAzmin but they won't budge on letting an outside photographer in, Â Sorry if there is mistakes in this but cut a long story short kids are with grandparents, rare opportunity, so thought would pin 'him' down to lookd at suits etc butg hey football is on *& appranetly we have agges!! .....urrghh So had ono option but to get out vodka & search for our 5 songs for ceremony,,,,,big mistake hav spent las hour intears as words are so beautiful!!! I need to get my emotions in check cry at enyhing!! Â Oh & now football has finished 'Wht were you sayin earlier babe?' he says....piss off am going tgo pbe with my vodka & cyber frinds....lol

Right you lot.....kids are both with grandparents so opportunity to tie 'him' down to look at suits, favours etc.....yeah right football has been on!!!! & 'apparently' we have ages to decide these things.........urrgghhh!!  Anyway that left me with no option but to get out the vodka...hiccup.....& sit on youtube trying to choose 5 songs for the ceremony & get 'him' to agree on our first dance as we don't have an our song!!!!  Half a bottle later I have sobbed at the words in tons of songs, in fact can't stop crying.....have come on here & seen all your comments (cried some more because I am sure that we are the nicest bunch of brides that BDW has ever seen) & think we should do away with the men & just have a great big party in our dresses with all our favours & jewellery spread around us.....hahahahaha  I know I am pissed but THANK GOD for you lot xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hiccup!!  & the point of this nealfjy forgot....have you chose all your songs?s I am gonna have to cry for a week before I go so I stay in control on the day.....I used to cry at Worzel Gummidge FFS.....need to get my emotions in check.......  Oh & now football has finished 'What was you saying earlier babe!!!!!' Michelle its a shame our weddings are so close I reckon I could've brought most of my stuff off of you when you are finished!!!!....lol.....sounds like we are having a lot of the same things!!x  Kiwimel - what a heartfelt post!! hahahahaha you lot make me crack up!!!! nob jockey & moody knickers made me laugh out loud in work....my boss was like 'you alright Lisa', yes fine just a client making me laugh!!! Â On the 'in law' note we fell out with MIL two years ago & haven't spoken to her since, I know it sounds bad but am really glad.....she would have made my life hell over this wedding, they are divorced so Richards dad is coming with us & he is really easy going which is great. Â Oh I am going to watch that shipping thing, was going to order pink silk fans from a US based site today but may have to rethink if am gonna get a mahoosive shipping charge??!!

aaah Nicy I think I must be over emotional today because your comment about us all planning the biggest day of our lives together just brought a tear to my eye....soppy cow!! Â BTW Have any of had to get your documents transfered into spanish? My FI had his name changed by depot years ago to his mums maiden name & I have been told I have to go to a solicitor & get the documents translated??

Yes thanks Michelle I completely forgot about photos of resort....good idea!! Pictures of me FI are a bit more difficult.......do you know that after 15 years together to find photos of the both of us together & on top of that one of us not pulling a face or looking the other way are hard to find!! Have hundreds of the kids or one of us in the pic!!

Defintely not too blingy!! I like the first one the best, quite simple but very beautiful!! Â Maggie all the way Michelle, it was really weird because when I was in the shop I remembered you got your dress from there & I said to the lady "my friend has got her maggie from here!!" how funny 'my friend', never even met any of you but feel like I have more in common with my 'cyber' friends than some of my real friends at the minute....hahahaha!! Â Well in the shop Nicy it was the straight skirt with little bit of ruffle but when I got home & looked online I realised they had a different skirt so now want to find a retailer who's got it in stock to try......my mum prefers the straight skirt too but I just want to try the other one to eliminate I think!! or it could be I just love trying on dresses....lol I like it as well because the shoulder strap is detachable so can change it a bit between day & night. Â As soon as I logged off last night you girls got me making lists....hahahaha bloody hell am gonna have post it notes all around the house!! Tried to group the lists into some kind of order ie holiday things, wedding things, clothes but then couldn't decide which list some things should go on....lol....DH will think he is marrying a mad woman after 290 sleeps!!

I am in panic mode at the moment, have just realised that I only have 291 sleeps!!!!!! so little time & so much to do!!!! hahahaha  Sherileigh if you send me your email adress I will send you all the price lists from resort for all the different options they sent me. I am not having the resort dj for my reception as have found a cheaper one from this site who comes with great reviews!!  As for photographer I am having the exact same concerns, I nearly had kittens when I found out we had to use the resort one!! Waiting for Swanksters review as she used them...................As for guest photographers I agree with Krama, they can't stop a 'friend' of yours taking pictures??  Think I have found my dress (it is out of two!!) eeeek so exciting!!

Yes there is 42 of us in total....am sooo excited!!!! The beach setting is very beautiful but for me I am short & my fiance is very tall so I wanted to still wear heels....I will definitely be heading down to the beach for some photographs though. What other plans have you made? We are having dinner at Le Gran Tortuga & then a poolside reception. The only thing I am quite nervous about is the photographer...which reminds me.....SWANKSTER where is your review....hahahaha....am dieing to see more of your pictures

The day of our meeting I also saw her (and her trainee Mara) meet with 3 other brides. That does not include any weddings that she might have had that day. She is so on top of things - things that I didn't see her write down and I thought she'd forget - nope - she was spot on with everything. And Mara, who is new, was equally great! I know exactly how you are feeling! I was the same way before I left! With that said - I have started my review (i'm writing it in word and then plan to copy/paste once it's done) I also want to add pictures so as soon as I get all that ready I'll post! In the meantime if anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to PM me! I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have... so if you'd rather not wait for my review - no worries I've probably asked you this question before so apologies if I have.....did you use the resort photographer? If so how did you find them?
