Wow - this is excellent. so many great ideas on this forum.

We're doing the ipod thing as well - no dj. We will get our guests to provide us with names of two of their fav songs. and we will set playlists. I will have my witness announce us (newlyweds) As we wait for dinner, we will thank our guests etc. if anyone wants to make speaches during dinner - all the power to them. After dinner we'll cut the cake. Then head down to the beach for our party; first dance etc. I'm really NOT stressing over the order. I chose to do DW just for the reason - no stress; go with the flow kind of thing.

Hi Girls... I just did my 3 months photo. Just wanted to share the progress. The pants were too small last summer! Yes - TOO SMALL!!!

Ok.. fine.. if you really want to know... When me and my FI moved in together, it was our first Christmas together etc. I was working 12hr night shifts through that Christmas. So Christmas Eve, we spent with my parents, and I went off to work. Came home and we were going to open our gifts.. My son got a Game Boy, my FI got a VERY EXPENSIVE set of Dewalt tools that he wanted for ever (It cost me close to $1000). Well, so it was my turn to open my gift. Well, it was a damn VACUUM!!!!!!! Really, I want a vacuum for Christmas????? And it wasn't some nice dyson or anything - but some crap that I hated for the next 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you guys get everyone's size?

Like the other ladies said.. if they are offended, they just won't come. I'm personally not having one (I have all I need . But if my maid of honour wants to throw one... all the power to her. It's not YOU doing the shower, it's your friends/family. So don't worry - go ahead with it.

That's great. thanks. My fingers do usually get about double sized LOL ... but I will not be using windex... just some tanning lotion or baby oil.. make that thing slide right on : )
