  2. wow, those are gorgeous. sorry im not a 9.5! I say keep them anyways-haha!
  3. Wow, its good to hear that so many of you are getting things done with Zulma. Ive also been in contact with her and Michele at the resort because of a miscommunication error in the states and have had no problems. They are all great! Ive actually heard good things about the cocktail menu. I don't think anything at the resort is bad
  4. Um, its no wonder they won, that album is amazing!! You should feel very lucky! Congrats on you wedding and thanks for sharing.
  5. Yeah, Zulma said they were standard but I just wasnt seeing them on BDW bride pics. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough. Thanks ladies!
  6. does anybody know if they have lighting for the beach reception? Zulma sent me pics of the reception set up and they had lights under the tables. . . really neat! But no other past Royal bride has lit up tables in her pics and lights aren't in the checklist. thanks
  7. Wow, that is scary that the hotel is all booked. All my guests are booked but just think how busy the resort will be! Boo

I wish I can tell her no her siblings can't go because we don't know them but I don't want to be rude! I told FI to put kibosh on anyone else inviting other people. His sister's boss wanted to go. I nicely said Hell No! Just keep in mind that extra costs can add up after you exceed the maximum guests, especially if they're non resort guests. LadyDi- I know what you mean!! I was expecting 10 at our wedding and the FI keeps inviting more people who we didn't send invites to. OMG!! We are up to 50 and my budget is already surpassed, not to mention the resort is almost full and people are staying outside the resort and its not like you can tell guests to pay for themselves! What's a girl to do

  10. I love this dress! Gorgeous. And you are getting married on my b-day yay!!!
  11. Oh, jesmcan, I did know that! That place looks AMAZING! Good choice Has anyone thought about doing disposable cameras and having the guests take pics? Wonder if I could get those down in Mexico so I don't have to travel with them?

I sent Zulma my choices and three were hot and one cold and she said no problem. I had her put it in writing so I don't its extra for the hot apps. Again who knows though. Oh yes ladies wondering about cake options the tres leches was amazing! it was very buttery and moist and very light. I just loved it!. I am worried about giving my dress and having them steam it. I don't know why but my worst fear is that something would happen. Has anyone considered bringing their own steam machine? Someone suggested I do this but I have never even used one. Wondered if you guys had any thoughts on this? When did you decide to not have your reception at the Royal? Did I miss something? So sad to hear!! I am NOT giving them my dress!!! Way too scared and yes I am bringing my own steamer. I found a handheld steamer in a magazine for very cheap ($30)

I cant remember the exact price but it is on the royal's wedding website I am also doing classic and upgrading as needed. It ended up being cheaper for us even have 50 guests! We are simple people and didn't need a whole lot extra

Dianep, I will be moving close to you very soon, pretty bummed to go farther north since our winter has been so bad!
