  1. LadyTrunck- Those are Gorgeous!!! gonna try to find them Aimee- I feel like I have been searching for months, I hear ya! Thanks for the advice -Lynds
  2. Ok, I need to be more organized with my posts! Im getting ready to send in my menu for reception and the "welcome dinner". They definitely DO have a different options for the welcome dinner and actually have more choices, weird. Anyway, for those of you who were debating to go off the resort it can still be an option. What is everyone doing for their reception menu, what have you heard or tasted that is good? Ive got my main course but not sure about salad and dessert, any thoughts?

You should definitely walk up to 5th avenue, what a great idea! You will get great pics and there is lot to do there. As for resort photographers, the impression I get is that they are good to work with. If you check out the website you can get a feel for what they do. I just happen to get a great deal with another photographer and I loved his style, otherwise I would have gone with them! Hope this helps. Oh, the resort photographer is Funever, sorry no link but you can just google it.

I thought this was true as well Also, I believe children have to leave for the time in between and all non-Royal guests as well. I know they can definitely not drink from the Royal bars so it would be boring for them to just stand around and talk. However, mine are just staying across the street so it may be a good time and easy for kids to leave and take a nap!!!
  5. Thank you so much bobbysgirl and Tlseege!!! This helps so much. I must not have been looking in the right spot. Hmmm now I have to decide! astreit- I think if you want to do dyeable it most likely will not be a problem. I just wanted to be on the safer side since we are in Mexico, outside! If you found a shoe you want go with it! Didn't mean to worry you!
  6. yeah, I think they can bleed a lot and you risk it in Cancun/PDC. I know it rained pretty consistantly in the morning in Cancun when I went a couple years ago in June. I guess I could have a backup if I do dyeables. . . hmmm.
  7. Hi Ladies- I am looking for some shoes. I really want to add some pop to my dress as I am carrying white flowers. My colors are black and fuschia so I would love to get some fuschia peeptoe heels but am having horrible luck! I would rather not get dyeable shoes based on other brides experience. Thanks!
  8. Have you considered a white tailored shirt and then adding the pink with a boutonniere for a little more color. If I am imagining correctly, baby blue and hot pink seem a bit much (but I am not very good at visualization- I need to see it I guess!)

I want to do colored shoes as well. Im doing white flowers so I need some pop as well
  11. duprk452- the charge is for ceremonies after 4pm, not the reception. I have the same situation as you, ceremony at 2pm reception at 6 pm candicemarie- Im not really sure what to do! I agree it may be bad to just wait but I have tried several times with no luck. yikes! I will plan on doing manis/pedis the day before for sure. The guys are golfing that day so it will just be us girls! I feel like I should book spazul just in case Veronicas falls through. Ill post somewhere else and see if anyone knows what to do
  12. Oh, I forgot to mention. . . I LOOOOVVVEE your dress!! It fit you perfectly and it was a gorgeous dress
  13. Oh, CONGRATS on all the achievements on this post. . .WOW!!!
  14. I agree with most ladies here. . . Mr. and Mrs! I believe that this a an occasion where Dr. is not appropriate. It is a very admirable accomplishment (actually both FI and I are graduating from medical school a week before our wedding and it would be very cool to be announced as Dr. and Dr. for the very first time!!!!) but I am way more excited to be Mrs Viers! I say Mr. and Mrs. for sure!
  15. Great thread. . . I was wondering too! Thanks Jacilynda. I think I might just have my girls carry them on. Just in case
  16. astreit- I had Mishka quote me. . . $130 for shipping!!! I needed 40 so just to let you know!
