Also are there any valley of fire packages i need to know about

My SIL plans to go to vegas and get married in Feb. I want to help make it a "little bit nicer" than just going to a chapel. Does anyone have any ideas. I (male) will have nothing to do with the dress , license or flowers or anything like that. I just want to get a nice chapel or outdoor if the weather permits in a nice hotel or not a hotel reserved for them and maybe make a restaurant reservation. I am looking to spend $750 or less. This is my gift to them. I can put it tother (with tips from here) or do a package. etc. PLEASE HELP p.s. i am tough skinned so tell me what i need to know and hold nothing back
