I just sent the WC I have been working with an email about the OOT bags so I will let you know what she says. As for the additional costs popping up, I have just made sure to ask every question I can think of to get the answers in writing so that they can't change anything on me in the future! I am pretty sure both my TA and the WC never want to hear from me again, but I don't want any surprised coming up!

Hmm, I wonder if they will pass out the OOT bags at check-in (at no charge) so that they aren't "delivering" them to their rooms I was quoted a minimum $250 set-up fee if you are bringing anything for the reception.

Future mrs2010-Congrats on your wedding!! Did you write a review? I can't wait to hear about it! We are getting married in May 2011 on the beach. It seems so far away but I know it will come before we know it.

Is the bouqet not included in the flutter of romance theme? We are looking at doing Vision in White and the price of that includes the bouqet for the bride and groom flower.

Ok, I am feeling better about the later time! We are also planning on doing a TTD session the next day so any pics I think we miss, we can always get the next day.

Hi Everyone! I am trying to decide if we should get married at 4 or 5pm in Negril in May. I have read that the sun sets around 6:30pm and my concern with having the later ceremony time is that we won't have enough time for pictures. Also, if there is any delay to rain (which i have also read is frequent in late afternoon) this would also limit our photog time. The nice thing about the later time is that it will be cooler and allow us more time to get ready. I have thought about possibly taking some pictures before hand but would want to make sure that none of my guests saw me which would be hard to do at the AI resort we are all staying at...what should I do?

Hi Everyone! Has anyone used someone outside of their resort for hair and makeup on your wedding day? I am toying with hiring people to come to the resort for the day to do me and my bridesmaid's hair/makeup. Any help you can provide is much appreciated!!!!

Hi Were you able to reserve the locations for your rehearsal, cocktail hour and reception ahead of time before you got there? How did you ensure that you would have everything where you wanted it and the times you wanted? I am having trouble getting a straight answer on this and want to make sure if I am spending all this money that everything will be as I plan it to be. Thanks!!!

Hi Ladies! I am planning a wedding at Beaches Negril next spring and have a couple of questions. Have any of you been able to reserve locations and times ahead of time for the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception? I have a very specific vision in my mind of what I want our wedding to be like (theme and locations/times for each event) and I am concerned that I will not be able to book everything before hand and another bride will take what I want on our day. How did you deal with this? Also, I see that many of you received a 'picture book' ahead of time-where did you get that? Also, does that show all the different location at the resort you can have everything?? Thank you so much for your help!!!!

Oh my gosh! I am so happy to have found this thread! My fiance and I are looking to plan a wedding at Beaches Negril in Spring 2011 and this has been sooo helpful! I am wondering if any of you have used the Marta Stewert themes for your wedding and have pictures?? We are thinking of doing the Vision in White theme but I would love to see someone else's pictures besides what the resort has posted.

We are tentatively planning on getting married May 7, 2011 at the Beaches in Negril. ANY tips/advice/suggestions you have are welcomed!!!!
