    Hi!

    Welcome and happy planning!
  2. Welcome and happy planning!
  3. Welcome! This is a great site for info on your destination wedding!
  4. Hey Everyone! I am thinking of going with the Vision in White theme and would LOVE to see someone else's wedding pics that also chose this theme. Are there any brides out there that have or are thinking of doing the Vision in White theme I have seen the pics on the Beaches website and everything but would like to see a real-life example. THANKS!!!
  5. And by weddingwindow.com, I meant weddingwire.com~sorry! I just made mine so I will have to start remembering the correct site!
  6. I used weddingwindow.com and LOVE it. It is free and so easy to use! There are also a ton of fun tools and checklists to help you with your planning.
  7. Thanks for the info! We actually found a girl from home that does hair AND makeup who will be making the trip with us. I am sooo excited!!!
  8. COngrats Katie! Do you know which MS package you are going to go with?
  9. Interesting!! Glad I asked! I would have seen the cheap rate and booked not knowing any better.
  10. Ok, maybe you shouldn't book on Spirit! Consumer complaints about Spirit Air My3cents.com - Spirit Airlines complaints and reviews
  11. Hey-I dont know what your budget is but you should check out bridesmaid dresses that come in white or ivory as an alternative to a bridal gown. I think that is what I am going to end up doing. They are a couple hundred dollard vs. a couple thousand and still nice dresses!
  12. Oh ok-I missed that! It looks like they are pretty inexpensive. We will see what prices look like when flights come out for next May.
  13. Thanks for the info!! It looks like Spirit Airlines might also fly direct?

If you decide to go with JA, then you really don't need to be married before hand. This is why we chose JA over Mexico. 15. Hey ladies! I haven't seen a thread on this so I apologize if there is one already. What is everyone paying or planning on paying for their flights to Jamaica (MBJ)? We are flying out of Chicago and I have been told to plan on spending $300-$400. Is that accurate? Also, for those of you that were able to negotiate a group rate, what airline was/is that with and what was/is the discount? Thanks for the info!!
  16. I LOVE that dress! I am also probably going to go chiffon! I think for the beach it is perfect!
  17. We actually booked her for our wedding too! We live in Chicago so we were able to meet with her in person and were VERY impressed! She is truly an artist and will do everything she can for you to make sure your wedding pictures turn out perfect (at least that is the impression I got!) We lover her work and are so excited to have her shoot our wedding. That is one thing I am NOT stressed about!!!
  18. Yes! I did see your review! Thank you so much and I loved all the pictures!!!!!
  19. Thanks for the suggestions! This is next on my to do list!
