In my experience of shopping around for a photographer, most of them will put a clause in their contract about permission to use your photos for their portfolio(s). You may be able to negotiate with them about the removal of that clause, but I'm not positive. From looking at galleries, we didn't see many names, so it doesn't seem to be too common for them to list that. I guess it's on a case by case suggestion? Good luck!

I have a google spreadsheet with: - room rates for all of the room types at our resort - general wedding info, and a list of each days activities if any are planned - Guest list - name, address, phone number, email and properly addressed name (easy reference!) - Guests traveling itinerary with highlights of which guests are on the same flights - A running total of what we've paid, to whom, and what we still owe - A (growing) list of DIY projects - A "Still need to get" list - iPod dock, parents' gifts, etc - OOT bag items: I have a tendancy to buy things just because I like them, so this helps me to keep track of what I have, for who, and how many, etc. - A gift page - for gift ideas for my bridal party, parents, and any other specials - A shoe size list.. haha! I'm getting Old Navy flip flops for all of my guests. So I keep a running checklist of what sizes I need to buy, etc.

I agree with sunkisseddreams. We're paying about $2,100 from Toronto to St. Lucia. A lot of the Caribbean islands are cheaper during their rainy/hurricane season, but it's really a tradeoff, because you never know what the weather will be like.

New bride: I don't mind sharing at all. We're going with the complimentary Beautiful Beginning's package, so that's no charge. We upgraded our room quite a bit though to a beachfront walkout. With airfare, and room for a week, our package (through a travel agency up here in Canada) was $2,700. We booked through a travel agent, who booked our package through Air Canada Vacations. We booked my parents trip, where they bought their airfare for $400ish a piece, and their room will cost us a little over $1,000, but that's only for 3 days. I hope this helps!
