I posted my DIY pocketfold invites in the DIY forum, as well as included my templates. My were very simple, but they don't seem plain to anyone (at least those who have given me feedback.) You may want to check those out. There's a LOT of templates on the forum. I'm sure you can find something you love!

We decided on 2 pm. We knew it would be the warmest part of the day, but with the wedding being in November, we thought it would be comfortable for our guests. It was the latest wedding slot allowed by our resort. It allows for a cocktail hour and a bit of munching until dinner time, and then the party can begin!

Here's ours. They will be hand written as to add that personal touch. Dear [NAME], The wait is finally over! Welcome to the sun, sand and relaxation. Welcome to Saint Lucia. We are both so happy & feel very blessed to be able to have our wedding here at the Sandals Regency. We are especially honoured that you have traveled so far to be a part of our marriage celebration. Many years from now when we look back upon our life, love and this day, we will remember that it was not the flowers, the music, nor the food that made our day so special; it is the memories of you, our family & friends helping to celebrate the beginning of our lives as husband and wife that we will cherish most. Having you here for our celebration will make our wedding truly wonderful & we thank you for sharing in one of our happiest occasions. Please enjoy the goodies included in this bag. They are just a small token of our appreciation. Please make the most of your stay here in St. Lucia. We hope that they next few days will be as memorable for you as they will be for us. They look amazing, not DIY at all! I would have guessed they were done by a professional. Congrats!

If the price is right for the entire night, like Oryx said.. go for it! Also, think about the photography coverage you're going to have. If the photographer can't capture a certain point in your wedding day, I'd make sure that the videographer will, and vice versa. You never know what you'll want to look back at in 2 or 10 years!

I didn't know that kind of album was possible with wedding photos.. thanks for the inspiration. You did an AMAZING job with the layouts. I love it!
