I think that there are a few factors! And the biggest have to do with the package you pick and how many guests.. that seems like common sense, but it really is the biggest factor We picked the "best" package and there was a base price of (I THINK!!) $5200 and then $50 pp.. so that adds up quick and made a big difference on what we paid. The rest of the stuff (like adding on more flowers and whatnot) really wasnt the bulk of what we paid.

Glad I am not the only one who has a husband that doesnt pay attention!! Kills me!!

What Rachel said is about exactly what I have to say. My wedding for 32 people was close to $8000 and the total spent on everything including our week at Dreams PV, dress, gifts and everything was around $12,000 which also included out wedding bands and all that.

Holy COW!! $50-60k?!?!? Sheesh!

I am so sorry to hear about the problems you are having ladies! Do you by chance have the dates or time period that the pics were supposed to be to you in writing?

We didnt have 55 people.. only 32 actually.. but I will show you how my tables were set up.. I am sure it will be pretty much the same.. only more of them I had to look at the pic to remember how many were at what table.. it looks like me like we had 6 per table. They were at an angle and there were 3 on each side of our sweetheart table. As far as I know you can skip having the sweetheart table and have another table of 6 (or possibly there if you dont like you and your husband not sitting my yourselves. she sent me a chart of how many can go at what table and where they are.. let me see if I can find it

That isnt a bad idea.. I might try that.. though I have a feeling that it just wouldnt get done.. liiiiiiiiiiiiike the H U G E pile of laudry that is sitting on our guest bed.. he certianly didnt take THAT hint! LOL
