Also, we tipped at the wedding because we recognized they worked hard but if the work if above what you expected after delivery then maybe you could tip more?? I have to agree here. I can see someone getting "too picky" and trying to duck out on part, or all of the bill. When you enter into a contract with someone there should be a level of trust there. And I agree and that lot of the fears you might have can be solved by research!
