Yeah I need bags still too! I'm hoping that closer to the end of summer, cute little summery bags will go on sale. If I get stuck and can't find anything, I'll probably just use fun coloured paper bags from Michaels. I am for sure doing travel mugs and I"m hoping to get on that this week... or next

oh Lauren, I don't envy your decision that you will have to make but do what you feel is right. If you think you will be stressing out for 6 months then it's probably not worth it. OH no! This is soooo upsetting. I didn't even know TripAdvisor had comments on the new Sappire. What a shame because my FI and I spent countless hours on TripAdvisor looking for the perfect resort and Paradisus had such great reviews. I wish there was as least ONE good review!

Honestly, I don't know why Candace is doing quotes because all the quotes I got were from Tara directly. As far as I know, Candace just kinda does the gruntwork like a secretary and answers phones. I could be wrong though. If you want I can give you Tara's email address and you can say that you'd really like to deal with her because she comes highly recommended. You can use my name if you want to. She knows me well because of the Candace fiasco in Jan.! Now my resort just got bought out too so she's busy dealing with that HAHA i'm such a troublemaker. I don't think that would be too bad to do it that way. Just say that your "friend" (meaning me) had nothing but good things to say about Tara and you'd really like to correspond with her

Get on that dress Eunice. Some places here in Canada take 6 months to get a dress in! I think you can send out your invites whenever you want. It's your wedding! I'm actually not even doing invites

Meghan- those pics are awesome. I really like the dress you picked out but none of the colors work for our wedding so I was thinking of getting the shorter dress. I'll have to have a think about it. Did you find that you swelled up any while in Mexico? I have this reoccuring nightmare that my dress won't do up on the day of the wedding!

The agent I delt with is Tara Stallard (or Hartman)- she's divorced oh the irony! Anyways, Tara went on vacation for a month in December. Right in the middle of my bookings and Candace took over. I was seriously not happy with her. I ended up putting down deposits for a package that didn't work for half of my guests coming from Regina. I completely blame Candace 100% for the loss of $3500. I was heartbroken at the fact that Candace wasn't able to recognize that the package I picked ONLY worked for people leaving from Calgary. In the end I ended up getting $700 back from Signature and switching my package all together. Luckily, Candace is not an agent though, only a secretary of some sorts. Tara was very appologetic about it but it really doesn't change the fact that I'm still out $2700! I stayed with Romantic Planet because I really do like Tara. She is very hardworking and loves her work. I've gotten over the whole Candace fiasco (well sort of!) but made it very clear, she is not to touch my file again! I sound very bitter and like I'm trying to disuade you but really I'm not. I LOVE their service and their TAs (Laurie & Tara in particular) but have no use for Candace! I recommend you make an appointment with them. It makes you at ease with your decision and at least you'll get to meet a proper Travel Agent. Good Luck. So this is the closest dress I've found... It's similar. The only difference is that mine has one row of rhinstone crystals under the bust and one row where the drop waist meets the skirt. Also, mine has a sweetheart neckline pronovias.pdf
