Jenny- I havent even seen my bags LOL My friend found them while on vaca in BC so I dont have a clue what they're like. She's home tmro tho! ANNNNNND got an email from discountmugs yesterday and the mugs we chose are out of stock until september. That's cutting it a little to close for comfort. I'll have to pick another one I guess. Oh also, my photog from Calgary cancelled on us today! CRAPPY week I thought dw weren't supposed to be stressful I'm going to try to make it to the get together on thurs but I'm not sure. I'm on call with work that evening so if I dont get called out it might be possible. I'm not big on driving in the city either so we'll see if I"m feeling brave that night! HA I really do want to meet you all though. Maybe I can convince you all to come out to Cochrane for ice cream this summer.....

Got an email from someone saying they don't have the mugs I want in stock. HA it figures! Guess I'll be looking through all the mugs for the 4millionth time to find another one I like.

Our resort charges $300 for vendor fees so I'm not sure we can afford a photog to come from somewhere else now. The one we originally chose was coming for the full week with us so we were getting around the fee by saying she was a friend taking pictures. Guess that won't be happening now. If my resort EVER gets back to me I'm going to ask to see some work of the photogs they have on site. This might solve everything if they are good. I think it may also be included in the wedding package too! haha Is it bad that I don't even know what's included in my wedding package.... This might all work out but I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting to hear from the resort... Is it hard to get a response from your resorts too? I've been emailing for weeks now and haven't heard a thing. I don't know when it's appropriate to start calling...

Arggggg! My photog that I was bringing with me from home JUST cancelled! Has anyone heard or seen anything about the photog they have at the resort? What are you ladies doing about a photog? I am going out of my mind now!!!

oh Natalie, I picked a paradisus resort too! It is pricey but I figured, you only get married once and I didn't want to take any chances on random other resorts. Although I also think that no matter where you choose will be wonderful. You can't really go wrong in the carribean. Having said all this, my Paradisus resort was bought out May 1, 2010 so I am now a "Now Sapphire Riviera" bride. Boooooo oh well!

Yes I'm sure they will all be on their best behavior... i hope! hehe Actually only my mom and her BF are staying at our resort. Stepdad and GF are staying at another resort and Dad and wife rented a condo. They all know better I think! It was funny because FI and I were joking that we should have t-shirts made "team Rae" "team Darrell" and "team Conway" What a sick sense of humor we have!!!

What's amazing is that Jenn's wedding is in 2012! I am nowhere near close to finishing my OOT bags. Actually, all I've gotten so far is the bag. LOL and actually a friend just picked those up today for me from Superstore! I don't even know what they look like, this could be a disaster. I have ordered my mugs finally but don't even have those yet! EEK.

Mexico102 I should have done the same. I honestly didn't think all said family members would come, let alone their significant others! It'll be very strange since I'm not close with any of them ( I grew up with my grandparents) and my FI has never met my Dad in 8 years of dating! Having said that, I am honored they all wanted to make the trip. It was really touching and probably not an easy decision for them to make. This is going to be a serious MAMAMIA wedding hehe

yah good idea. Now somebody has to make an executive decision on where and when.. haha it won't be me though. I dont live in the city but I will for sure make it if I can! I travel for work too so catching me at home is rare. If anyone is coming through Cochrane though PLEASE let me know, I can meet you anywhere in town

My mom/her boyfiend, stepdad/girlfriend and dad/wife HATE each other and they are all coming! God help me. 2. I found the cutest seashell placecard holders and can't wait to use them! Oh also, I STILL haven't figured out a ticker... Wendy- LOVE LOVE LOVE both your dresses. We aren't doing a ttd because.... well I dont have a reason I guess. I just can't be bothered. I'm still trying to figure out my photog arrangements so maybe once I figure that out, I'll entertain the idea! Cindy I know what you mean about the GM outfit. My FI says he'll worry about it later and it'll take him one day to find something but I"m not so sure. Wow Amy! All this information is very reassuring! I have only heard from the resort once since the change over. And I'm pretty sure it was an email they sent to everyone. So frustrated. haha! so true. I feel that way about vistaprint. It's out of control acutally. What do you ladies think about BLACK mugs? My FI wants black with teal logo but I'm not so sure it'll look nice. Plus it's BLACK.... that's not very beachy
