  1. Hello ladies, here's this yummy weight watchers recipe I found and thought I'd share with the rest of you. It's very quick and easy. Breakfast French Toast - 2 slices low-cal bread (whole wheat/whole grain) -1/2 banana mashed -1 egg, beaten ( I did egg white) - 1/8 C. light syrup (optional)- I used agave Sweetener - Cinnamon - Pam cooking spray Blend/mix together egg and mashed banana. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray and warm pan over low/med heat. Dip the bread in the mixture (it will be lumpy) and cook bread in pan until done (golden brown color). Sprinkle with cinnamon and some syrup. This will be my 2x's a week breakfast or snack indulgence, since i'm trying to maintain a low carb diet.
  2. I've never done P90X but from what I've read, it's very cardio intensive. My girlfriend did it and said that it helped her lose weight but not sculpt and tone. With Jackie Warner you will definitely get a nice sculpted body. I swear by her workouts! Before you purchase her workout DVD, go to a library near you and borrow one of her DVD's. The one I've done so far is Jackie Warner total body workout. I now have the Extreme. You won't be disappointed
  3. Jackie Warner is the celebrity trainer in LA that had a show on Bravo TV called Workout. Her weight and Ab workout is kick ass because you feel the burn!! What I love about her Ab exercises is that she uses different moves that don't require the same old fashion crunch. Best of all, you feel the burn and you see results pretty quick. No more basic crunches for me!! LOL Exactly how I look at it, as long as I'm working out, that's what matters. Yes, it does get easier as you move along. I have definitely seen a difference in my body. I'm slimming down due to the Intense Cardio workout with Insanity and sculpting/toning with Jackie Warner. The best of both worlds
  4. I haven't done the whole 60 days because I've been alternating from Insanity to jackie Warner every other day, just so I don't get discouraged from doing Insanity. Insanity is very intense and I feel that not doing it everyday helps me to not give up. However, lately I've done it 2-3 days back to back and it doesn't seem so bad. I get through it and feel great when I'm done. At the end of the workout, your clothes are drenched!! LOL
  5. My colors are also fuschia and turquoise! We should all recycle amongst each other since we have the same color scheme.

  7. I too do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. The first time, you will definitely get sore. After the 4th day, not much. I agree with the ladies that you should not workout the total body in one day. I alternate my workouts between Insanity, jillian michaels and jackie warner. It's a great way to keep the body working and burning calories. I have read and agree that if you stick to the same routine, your body will hit a plateau and you will no longer see results. Switch it up between workouts.

  11. @Tennyt1- get the Jackie Warner total body circuit video or extreme body video. All you need is 5lb weights and you're good. She will help tone you up in no time and you will sweat!! Most importantly you'll feel the BURN!! I alternate her videos every other day because I switch from Insanity to Jackie Warner to get my Cardio and weight lifting. By the way... I'm down another 2.5lbs!!! So EXCITED!!
  12. I agree, you definitely have to cut out the sugar!! Otherwise, you're working your butt off for nothing. Try sugar free jello or sugar free pudding. It taste great and satifies the sugar crave!! Best of all, it doesn't taste like it's sugar free. I've also bought sugar free lifesavers which taste GREAT!! You wouldn't know the difference if you had it. Determination and effort will get you there. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Well ladies i cheated on wednesday by eating a piece of cake while on the south beach diet, where it's prohibited, I continued to follow the diet although I felt crappy for letting will power get the best me. I started the diet on Monday and decided to weigh myself today. Today is my 5th day on the diet. Guess what???? I LOST 4 LBS!!! Very exciting!!! I made a promise to myself that I will follow through with the diet the way I should and not give in to temptation. I will definitely keep some sugar free snacks on hand for whenever I crave sweets. Thanks DeAngelis2be for the recommendation.
