I'm back! I started healthy eating and exercising 6 days a week for 1 hour a day, back in February. Parties, giving in to binging and tirelessly exercising without the scale budging made me want to give up. BUT... I didn't! I stopped the binging however, would allow myself one cheat meal a week and stepped up my cardio. Today, I'm down to 149lbs, from 157lbs. It doesn't seem like a whole lot but I can definitely see and feel the difference. I look a lot slimmer than what I weight and that's because I gained muscle, which will burn fat and makes you look leaner and toned. My clothes fit so much better. I've also tried on all of my dresses since I have weddings, bridal showers etc... lined up and my dresses fit and look Fabulous!! My friends and family have all noticed that I've lost weight and all comment about how great I look. I mentioned how I'd like to lose another 12 lbs and one of my friends stated I should stay where I am because I look great and then I'd look too skinny. Well.... I disagree. LOL I'm happy that I'm finally seeing results and I'm looking forward to losing 12 lbs more. With that said... DON'T GIVE UP LADIES!! You will get there! Slow and steady weight loss is not only the healthier way but you will maintain for the long run
