  1. You may have to change your workout routine. You're probably not dropping anymore weight because your body has become accustomed to the routine. This is what I was told by my friend's trainer. Better eating habits will definitely help you drop down a few pounds.
  2. First I'd like to congratulate you!! Oahu is an amazing place for a wedding. Which resort? Try to have fun and not stress. I know it's easier said than done, but it'll all come together. Are you getting married on the beach?
  3. Gorgeous!! Would you mind sharing how much did cost? I think I want one!!
  4. Love it! We have similar rings, except that my stone is flushed with the pave diamonds around it.
  5. Love the rose gold in between. It stands out and it'll be a unique look.
  6. A Immaculate package is not necessary for a catholic ceremony. I believe you have to have your bloods drawn though. I don't know too much about it. I was interested at one point and gave it up once I found out I had to have my blood taken. Contact the WC in Miami, they're usually very helpful.
  7. 1) Gratuity is extra 2) In my opinion, 3-4 months before. Don't want to take chances with hair appts 3) Absolutely. Depends what time is your ceremony. If it's a late afternoon/early evening reception, you're taking away time from the reception because the cut off is 10:00pm for outdoor venues. If you're having it in the ballroom, then you can extend the reception for an extra fee. 4) This is a GOOD question!! I tried my best....Hope this helps!!
  8. I like Jill the BEST! It gives you an awesome figure and it's chiffon, which is great because it's light and flowy.
  9. It's cute, but too plain. Maybe if you add a flower brooch or some bling, it would definitely bring out the dress.
  10. mmcst38- Insanity is no piece of cake! It's no JOKE! LOL I often push myself because it's mind over matter. When you pull through and get through the workout, you feel GREAT! You feel like you can do anything. The reality is... You can do anything! Because Insanity is so intense I break it up with the Jackie Warner videos. If I did Insanity everyday I'd become tired of it or maybe even too exhausted to do it. So I do both and alternate days. Wow! You do a lot. Your big problem is the SWEETS! If you cut down, you'll do fine. You should never deprive yourself.
  11. My guilty pleasure is wine!! LOL pair it up with some cheese and sorpressata and i'm a happy camper!! UGH! I guess i better start weaning myself off of the cheese and sorpressata, but not giving up my wine. I'll just workout a little harder
  12. I did glass bottles for my MIB and the total cost for shipping with bubble wrap, bottle and shipping box was $2.75. Not bad!! At least i didn't think it was. It was all worth it! @Krsmith- Check out bottlemeamessage.com I ordered my supplies from them. They have many invitation wording ideas. I'm sure you'll find one that'll suit your taste.
  13. FYI: Jen has a make-up artist and everyone raves about how awesome her work is. I'm pm'ing you now.
  14. I booked with Moments that Matter photography. They're work is amazing!! I was impressed with Del Sol but they were TOO expensive. If you'd like to take a look a their work, check out their website @ Momentsthatmatterphotography.com. You can also check some threads on the forum from previous brides that have used them.
  15. Hello ladies, I started doing the Insanity videos and they're amazing. A lot of CARDIO!!!!!! Which is great because you burn those darn calories and the fat will melt off. Some people complain that it's too intense for them and often find themselves having a hard time with the video. There's a solution..... I just tried a jackie warner video yesterday called "Personal training with Jackie...power circuit training" and it's GREAT!! You sweat and feel the BURN!! For those who don't know, Jackie Warner is a celebrity trainer. She had a show on BRAVO TV called "Work Out". I loved her workout video and will be alternating from the Insanity workout to Jackie Warner.
  16. Before I set my wedding date, I checked with my potential brides maids, MOH etc... to make sure that they would be available on that particular date and that they would be able to take time off from work. Once I confirmed that everyone was available, I booked. I wanted to make sure that the people who are important to me would be able to stand by me on my BIG day. With that said.... I agree with everyone else, just be happy for her and go to the celebratory dinner. Since you already have another wedding to attend on the same day as hers, which she's aware of, don't change your plans. I had a similar but different scenario. My cousin was asked to be a bridesmaid in one of my girlfriend's (Lisa) wedding. Another friend of ours (Maria) changed her wedding date to the same date as Lisa's. Because my cousin and I already had plans to attend Lisa's wedding, Maria couldn't be upset with us. So we declined Maria's invite and attended Lisa's wedding.
