I found this recipe on "protein pancakes" in a fitness magazine. At first I was a bit skeptical but I decided to try it out and it's pretty GOOD!! Nutrition score per pancake: 260 calories per pancake, 3g Fat, 25g protein Protein Pancakes (makes six) In a bowl combine 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese, 1/2 cup egg whites, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Take a non-stick skillet, spray with cooking spray and heat up. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in at a time to make 1 pancake. Cook 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Serve with a drizzle of agave nectar and fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, etc...) It smells great while cooking and it's very filling
