We're getting married legally before we go and most likely wont tell anybody. I would rather have everybody excited at our DW.. that way it's still exciting and feeling like my wedding day in mexico

I think the first pair are sassy! If you love them, and black is one of your colors why not use them! You said you would wear them again so.. go with your gut on this one

Boo - I hear what you're saying. I need to just print out all of the photographer estimates and look at them side by side. And as far as the sticker shock - YES!! Sometimes my jaw just hits the floor when I see some of the prices. Seriously!! And some of the little fees that DRC sticks the brides with for simple things (like tablecloths) is crazy! I think it's the whole "wedding mark-up" thing... like if you were to order an album of just some photos in general it would be half the price. But because they know you're a bride the cost skyrockets cause they know how crazy we all are about having the perfect wedding

Kym - I haven't really narrowed it down! I love Elizabeth Medina but price wise she doesn't fit what I'm looking for (still jealous of boo though, she does great work!) So I'm going to sit down today and compare the quotes I got from Del Sol, Claudia Rodriguez & Cecilia Dumas. I'll let you know when I pick one! Boo - I can't believe how expensive the albums are! I was told by my TA that they didn't do weddings on Sunday - but that could just be at my resort

I just reached out to photographers that I had seen mentioned previously in this forum since the other ladies were using them to get the estimate for costs. But there doesn't seem to be a list put out by the resort that I know of?

Thanks for posting Kym! I've seen some bouquets that I would have NEVER thought were fake flowers. But it seems like there are certain types of flowers that just look fake even if it's the real touch flowers or not. So I'm hoping I can order a sample of the flowers I want in my center pieces so I can see them in person before ordering!

I'm doing a navy blue, apple green and white. Kind of like these colors..
