    Hi, You are right, big resorts are wedding factories. I’ve been at the Barcelo Maya Resort with 7 wedding the same day! Can you believe that! May be you can contact an independent wedding coordinator able to propose you different options. I know Weddings Riviera Maya. About Moon Palace: I shot a wedding there a few weeks ago. Kalena, the wedding coordinator is very sweet and professional. The resort has an amazing beach and very nice location for the reception.

    Hi Brooke, I’m living in Mayan Riviera. In my opinion, I love Dreams Tulum because it is located in a wilder area, near from Tulum Maya ruins. Nh Riviera Cancun is downtown . I shot a wedding there. One good point for this resort: they have a nice gazebo

    Hi, Congratulations, For intimate location, look for Tulum area. There are plenty of small wild hotels.
