    I am destination wedding photographer from the US, and I travel to Punta Cana. I believe there is a fee for an outside vendor if they are not guests. Being that I travel there and will be a guest at the resort, there are no fees I have incurred or my couples have had. Hope that helps! Punta Cana wedding here
