I totally know what you mean. Today is my first day on week 2! My pushups totally suck so I do them on my kness, but I think they are getting better. Lol or at least I'm telling myself that ;-) Hang in there, I'm sure there are some changes happening. Women tend to be their worst critics. I don't know about you, but for me sometimes that time of the month puts a damper on my results. I'm not sure if you're following the meal plan, but altering your eating might help. Either way you're only 4 weeks in so there's plenty of time :-)
