The private reception is held at the plantation and it is $500. Im dont have pictures though, but what I wanted to know is do you need to make a reservation for the steak house. I keep emailing them and no one ever gets back to me and its hard to reach her at the resort.

They look great! I purchased some of the iron on's from micheals too and had trouble getting them to stay on the t shirt. They would not come off the clear paper no matter how long I ironed. Any tricks or am I just that slow? LOL!

Ill try to find it for you but it is L shaped. Its sort of weird because the bride and groom and turned at one angle, then the rest of the people is in a long row. Dont seems great for socializing but it will do.

If i pay for the white chair for my ceremony will i get them for the beach reception or will i still have to pay for them?

Im really confused and I am hoping you all can help me. Are ALL of the receptions at the ROR an additional cost. I wondered why everyone had an additional dinner at night on the beach or the poolside but I think I just realized that the Steak house is dinner only! Is this correct? I though you could do the first dance here and stuff but i cant find this info on any threads. For the beach reception. How much is the cost. On some of my papers it says $55 and the other ones say $15. I dont need the dinner seeing that we will have already ate at the steak house but what am i paying for for $15. Does this include chairs and tables, and the open bar? For the open bar does someone actually bring you drinks cause I dont want to pay $15 for our guests to have to go get thier drinks when they can do that for free. Does anyone know how much it is for the table/chairs set up and the open bar for the beach reception? Also was it noisy during the nightly entertainment. Another question how did you set up your greeting dinner for you guests at the specialty resturant. Thanks ladies. Im so confused. Dont know if I should have it at the resort or at Ruins at the falls or evitas. I like Evitas cause she gives good rates and is kind.

Thanks this is helpful. I personally like Jans the most because right after I emailed her she gave me a call and wanted to discuss what I was interested in which made me confortable with her. I will use her for my decor but I think that I'm using parasols and fans to save money and to be different.

I bought the 5x3 1/2 cake boxes from micheals and dont have a template or know which labels to use for the boxes. Does anyone have a template for this even if you did not use the same box?
