  1. I thought it was just me, my computer's way of telling me to get back to work, lol.
  2. We are getting legally married at home first but will keep it very simple without any of the ceremonial parts. As far as we our concerned, our Mexico wedding will be the real deal. We are not keeping it a secret but we are not advertising it either. My mom is an officiant so she will do the legal aspect for us here and then will do the ceremonial aspect for us in Mexico. We will probably do it at my grandmother's house as she is unable to travel and can't come to Mexico.
  3. I imagine it would be very hard to come onto a forum where everyone is excited about their weddings and putting up pictures of their happy day given her situation. Hopefully she knows everyone on here supports her and is wishing her the best.
  4. I also saw your pictures on her blog, they look great, congratulations.
  5. I would go with Coco. Black is one of your wedding colours and your shoes should reflect your personality and style. I personally think they are fabulous and you obviously love them because you already bought them.
  6. Hi Lisa, sending you a pm with my email. Can you send me the diet too! thank you.
  7. I am also a Nov 2010 Mexico bride to be. Congrats and welcome to the forum!

When you're fit and active, its a lot harder to lose weight because you already work out so you have to do that much more. However, for someone who is sedentary and suddenly starts working out regularly, they probably see results a lot quicker.
  9. That fantastic Kateliya!! Crowds are crazy at the start line but most races are pretty good at keeping things organized and moving. When you registered, they probably asked you how fast you expected to finish. If so, its because they are having people start depending on how they expect to finish. The slower you expect to race, the further back your corral will be. Once you start racing, crowds won't be too much of an issue, people will quickly spread out based on speed. Finishing the race will be a real high, I guarantee you will be back for more races! Congrats and good luck!!
  10. Sounds like you had a fantastic wedding, congratulations!
  11. Congrats and welcome to the forum. There are lots of Jamaica brides on here so you will find lots of helpful info. Happy planning!
  12. I had a small loss, better than nothing I guess. Exercised more than last week which is good but still not enough. So my goal for this week is again to add more gym time. Hope everyone else had a good week.
  13. Thanks for the review! It sounds like overall you had a great wedding, congatulations!
  14. I am leaning towards turquoise for the bm dresses, chair ties, table runners, etc. and fushia and bright orange for the flower arrangements and accents. Haven't decided on the stationary/colours for invites yet.
  15. Congrats, its sounds like you had an amazing wedding.
