am i being unreasonable?

I think thats totally inappropriate. I would not be impressed at all. Maybe if it was towards the end of the trip when the wedding was done etc This situation happened to my friend on her weddingmoon trip, except slightly different in that my friend who got married had been tryin to get preggers for years unsucessfully then her SIL gets pregnant the whole family then move their concerntration away from their wedding and to the SIL baby. Then they go for weddingmoon and surprise surprise SIL gets engaged on the trip - so once again stealing their thunder! It wont only be you who thinks its not right if it does go ahead! -
Hi girls, Joining this thread now! When we set the date back in January I was super motivated and lost 16 lbs in 4 months. Now totally lost my motivation stopped going to the gym etc. SO, now I have 8 months to go and am mindful xmas is coming and food is SO good around that time i've decided i've definately gotta get back on it. I'm just lucky I havent gained since stopping. hopefully we can all support each other n help each other get motivated! i've put my goal at the bottom of my sig too now so i have to look at it every day! lol x

For those who already had thier weddings- was a 3 hour reception long enough? did you/guests get time to dance at all? cut cake etc? How many guests did you have also? I'm wondering if 3 hours is enough to eat dinner for 18 people and have time for first dance, cake cut and a little dancing after? x

For any Mexico brides- Is anyone else considering getting married before they go to save on the amount of time you have to be there prior to your wedding/costs for blood test, etc? Right now we're booked to do everything there, but if we get married here first, we will save about $2,000! I really wanted everything there to be the "real" thing, but it's hard to pass up saving that much money! So far STDs have been sent out, dress bought, photographer booked (we are bringing him from here), rooms booked. Currently working on flights, and invites! What are all your FIs wearing for the ceremony?? another dreams riveria bride!! I didnt consider getting married beforehand like you said I want my wedding day to be the day I get married or the "real thing" you *hopefully* only get married once! Your doing well with your planning - Mine FI is wearing a sand colour suit with white shirt and fuschia tie! have you thought about yours yet? x

After Ana taking 3 months to tell me the pool terrace was taken i'm not taking any chances this time. I emailed her my next choice and asked her to confirm this is ok, its been a week and a half so sent her a chaser. I will be seriously pee'd off if she comes back in 3 months and says this is also taken!!! ARGH!

to be honest - have a look what things your guests would normally wear. I'd love to make t-shirts but i jst know that NONE of them would ever wear it again regardless of if it said our names or just mexico! I did get the free t's for the groom/grooms men to wear on the wedding morning dont really expect any of them to wear again tho x

OMG i am totally freaking out - and sort of as bad as it sounds I am totally regretting arranging a surprise 30th party for my FI. I have a month and half to go and i'm panicing about the guest list. When i was looking at hall's i expected 50ish people then found out my friends aunt worked for a hall so I ended up getting a hall for super cheap for a saturday night with a bar £100 ! So i booked it. The other day went to the balloon man to look at cost of decorations etc and he asked where the party was and when i said he said "OH, thats a BIG hall" now im worried i'm gonna end up with like 30 people in a hall for 150!! Its so hard inviting people you dont know and working out who his friends are - so far i've had to guess from facebook people and his best mate is helping... I would hate for him to be dissapointed or look like Gary-no-mates Oh and i've yet to sort his present/food/decor/cake ARGHHHH!

Hey girls, I have the same thing with my group although I kind of think these things are what you make them! My group will make a good time out of nothing i'm sure and theres always the disco at 11.. Everyones told me to remember its for a wedding first and most importantly and DRC offers an excursion into cancun which inc. a bar crawl (I see on their excursions list) and theres boat trips etc. It is a shame about the shows as I enjoy them but some of my guests wouldnt be into that anyway x

It fit him like a glove and we bought it on the spot for only $100!!!!! He also bought a white button up shirt there for $15. We were on a roll so decided to walk down the mall to check out the ties at Le Chateau because they always have great colours -- we wanted to see if they had one in our wedding colour (turquoise) and they did! only 1 LEFT there too!!! so we bought that on the spot for $34 (why must ties cost so much?!) .. then we went back to H&M to see if there were any accessories he might want and he found a really nice pair of brown flip flops with a turquoise sole - which he bought for $10! FI now has his entire wedding attire (minus a belt) for only $159!!!!! I couldn't believe it! now we have one MAJOR thing crossed off our list Wow that was for sure your lucky day! lol Are you having any grooms men? What are they wearing? x
