Edinburgh Castle 1st night... feeling and looking as rough as they come..... 1st drink of the night, to get me chilled out from the journey up to Edinburgh, been at work all day too, we got to apt at about 9pm ish God know what the expression is all about!!!!!

Fab, I kinda got pne or two things out of some of the girls before we went but as i said earlier the one girls who was sorting everything inc my outfit didnt end up coming (had to go into hospital...shes ok now thank god!!!) Im having a mini hen with the girls from work on sat 23rd same weekend as you so will have a drink when im out for you :-) We stayed on George street, just around the corner from "Zizi's" restaurant where we had tea, we stayed there for a few hours then we left at 10.15. We wanted to go to a bar called "Tigerlily" but they wouldnt let us in dressed up said we had to take sashes off n L plates n veil etc so we gave it a miss, posh posh posh!! LOL!!! Never had this prob anywhere else. Then we went to "Maddogs bar" which was fab as it was all music from back in the day... reminded me of my "proper" clubbing days in the 90's.... brilliant, we were in there from 10.30 to 12, then we went to a bar called "Le Monde"... Which is quite classy, 2 floors, really nice but the air con was broke and my god it was hot!!! stayed their for an hour the we went to "Why Not" club, danced the night away and stayed there until it closed... Cant remember the time.... Maybe 3.30/4am. The time just went so so fast!!! I would reccommend Edinburgh to anyone and everyone ever... i would go back in a heart beat, it was brilliant :-) Yopu will have the time of your lives. What apts did you book? We stayed at the Glenfiddich Apartments on Annandalse street, 10 mins from George street.... They were Lush apts :-) x ARGH..... Wana go back :-) x I would reccommend getting your names on as many places as poss even if you dont go, especially if there are a few of you....

A few of my friends went to the X factor tour a few weeks ago and loved it.... Arrrrrrr, kids are just so rewarding (not that i know from personal experience.... just my nephew and Neices) x

I would LOVE to go to Vegas :-) I have been to LA for a wee hol.... and LOVED that too :-) I would love to visit a lot of places in the USA... & and its something i hope we can look into after the wedding :-) Even Canada, id like to visit Winniepeg, my mum worked their after leaving school as a nanny and i have heard such lovely things x "L" plates are "LEARNER" plates like what we put on our cars when learning to drive... Its something us brits do... I take it its something that doesnt happen where you are?:-) Pole dancing... now thats what id like to do.... - x

You might be able to see now i have changed privacy settings for a while :-) I tell you it was just fantastic :-) We didnt end up having a theme as one of the girls who was arranging everything and had my (70's n 80's) outfilt couldnt make it... she is from Milton Keynes so not down the road from me to go pick outfit up, so we just had the sashes and i had the rest... but it was just as great anyway!!! x & yes, i dont have a single bruise to show you.... THANK GOD :-) I was so so worried about that!!! Phew x Thanks Michelle.... your hen will be fab... :-) I cant believe ive had it and its gone already :-( but i am having a mini hen on April 23rd with the girls from work :-) The week before we go to Mexico so it will definatly be a mini one :-) It was just brilliant... i want to cry because im sad its over as really ive never had a weekend like it, it was just wonderful xx How crazy is that... an old friend like that, its fantastic... really must have been great seeing her again.... how lovely that it was under the most wondeful of circumstances aswel, a wedding... lovely x Im like you at the minute hun, crying one min not the next, i just think its all so overwhelming at the mo and more so for you with all the trouble you've been having with the illness' xxxx

OMG im back from my "HEN" weekend & i have had the best best time ever!! Brilliant, 7 of us stayed in apt and FSIL met us on the sat night for meal etc :-) Luckily i booked today off work, so glad i did as i just dont think i would have made it,,,, To cut a long story short..... We got to Edinburgh fri night, sat nav got us lost but we didnt mind as we found Edinburgh castle so we got out and had a few pix, what a beautiful place!! When we got to apts 2 of my friends were already there and had already started the party :-) We had a fun night, drinking games etc. Up early on sat (slightly hung over) showered and headed to the main shops AND OMG the weather, i dont think i could have chosen a better weekend if i tried!!!! Firstly we went to Harvey Nic's Chocolate lounge, for choc treats and champagne breakfast, we then went shopping then thought "beer garden" weather was too nice so we jumped a cab and went to the grassmarket and found an open top terrace bar where we had luch and a few drinks before heading back to the apt to get ready for the night ahead.... I have never laughed so much in all my life, my stomach is still hurting now!!! We got ready, i had a veil, "L" plates and one of my friends had arranged sashes for everyone saying "Nicola's Hen Night 2011" on one side and "names" on the other and on my sash is said "The Future MRS. Creely" on one side and "name" on other side.... We then got taxis to "zizis" where we had our meal, which when the bill came the girls all chipped in and paid for mine :-) Lovely x By the time we left restaurant it was 10.15pm ..... time to hit the pubs ..... what a laugh .... :-) 4.30am ish we rolled in and that was only because everywhere was closing..... didnt think i still had it in me.... haha!!! LOVE EDINBURGH, never been before, what a beautiful place :-) Would do it all again in a heart beat!!!! PIX ON FB!!!!!! Must be so exciting for you, seeing the rings and having different meetings etc :-) To be honest we didnt spend a lot on rings AT ALL.... I got ours from Ernest Jones.... Mine is a yellow gold plain ring as my engagement and eternity rings are gold and have diamonds... i tried a diamond wedding ring but it was too much, My ring was about £100 and Stephens is a plain white gold ring as he doesnt like yellow gold and his was about £160. As much as rings are apart of the wedding etc we just couldnt afford (or didnt want to) spend lots on rings.... this was just our preference :-) xx How lovely.... as the other girls have said about the tear to the eye.... i joined em :-) That is so so so nuce, you have fab friends... what a llvely thing to do and prob what you needed after the 7 weeks of illness you have had.... How you feeling today hun? OK i hope x Ok so i have emailed WC and we can pay $180 to have the certificate "Apostilled" in Mexico which we are going to do (another expense but it is what it is) Need to look at getting it translated when we get back to the UK I think.... I need to look in to this more, but im 100% it needs doing. I want to make sure that we are legally married 100% in the UK and anywhere else for that matter :-) Let you know what i find out x I'll be signing of tonight until sunday eve/monday when I get back from Edinburgh.... CANT believe its my Hen already.... Im scared of what my lovely's have planned!!! Haha.... will get pix for you girls as i know how much you like pix :-) Will miss you's over the weekend & prob have so much to catch up on when i get back, im off work monday to recover so i will no doubt catch up with most then..... I will try to pop on, on sun though to post one or 2 pictures!!! xox

Thank you seeflowers :-) Its a relief i tell you!!! I have booked and paid my deposit last night for my hair and make up, im so so glad thats done, one less thing to think about :-) I just cant believe how everyday im waking up, the more and more im sorting and the more and more this is getting "real" I am just so so excited.... 14 working days left for me this month as im off work monday to recover from my weekend then all the bank holidays we have this month!!! Whoo, that makes it sound even closer!!!! x

Brilliant i got mine today too :-) Just need to sort it out... filling in forms etc, getting it all together to send back.... Im glad we have got it now, 1 thing less to think about & yes very similar to seeflowers post x 2 more sleeps and its my "hen" weekend in edinburgh (like your bacholerette party's) i cant wait.... i'll be sure to post pix :-)

OK so im VERY VERY excited, i have recieved "THE EMAIL" :-) I can actually start getting my arrangements to the WC.... The only bit of the email which worries me is this The Marriage Certificate given after the Legal Ceremony is only valid in Mexico, you are able to legalize this Document in your Country by yourself. I asked and asked TC about this when we booked and was assured that the hotel or whatever took care of this.... Now im going to have to look at costs etc to get it legalised here in the UK.... Im not chancing that if we dont we might not be legally married!!!! :-( ALSO i have paid my deposit for hair and make up to the hotel :-) Massive weight of the shoulders x Glad today your feeling better Michelle :-) Great news, and i CANT wait to hear what the girls had planned for you tonight :-) Keeping us waiting for your dress.... Thanks hun, I do feel better today but still stressing (quietly) over music today, tomorrow is another day so who know's!!! Yeah, i have emailed SPA at resort and booked in for my hair & make up. $155 which works out at about £96 I think.... It is what it is and i'll be totally stress free.... so its worth it :-) x xxx @Michelle... How was the dress fitting hun....... Waiting for you to tell all :-) xxx

Josie, Thanks so so much.... I just dont know whats up with me.... I know i usually panic but flippin' eck i even suprised myself this time!!! Thanks for everything you have said and coming from someone who has been there and got the t-shirt so to speak its really really really good to hear!!! Thanks again chick... I do feel a bit calmer today than yesterday @ least im a work tyoday and that hopefully will take my mind of things.... just hope i dont make mistakes!!!!
