I agree with Lindsey, if your photog is staying at the resort, i would definitely just use the friend is taking photos, thats what i plan to do! I had the same issues as you as I am a Riu Palace Riveria Maya bride... It creeps me out giving my card info but I agree with Maureen, its just one of those things I have to do to get my destination wedding. My sister did this too a year and a half ago and everything went fine so I am hoping for the best

Samira- thats a bummer about the dinner time... but oh well, you will just have to make some of your own fun between the ceremony and the dinner (what time is your ceremony). Are you doing a private or semi-private dinner?

Wow lots to catch up on, feel like I have been MIA because of finals and now during my week off of school I am trying to put in the hours at work. Thanks for the info about the 2$ to deliver to rooms. I have been wondering how we were going to hand everything out because unfortuanately we have guests arriving on a bunch of different days. I am thinking it will be easiest to get everyone's itinerary's (since we will be the first there) and make sure to make a point to wait in the lobby and greet them on arrival. Although they will have lots of stuff, I think this will be the best time for us to give it to them. Speaking of OOT bags, we ordered travel mugs yesterday! Excited to get them ordered, but very nervous on how they will turn out. Discount mugs is kind of a pain to work with, but i know lots of girls have used them and turned out happy. I will post pics in a month when I get them, hopefully I won't be ranting about how bad they turned out :/ Congrats Linds, i missed your day! But I am sure it was wonderful Paige- You are soo close, what day are you leaving again?? Are you pretty much ready, or lots of little stuff to do before?

I am definitely concerned about all the negative impact this oil spill is going to do on the ocean environment. Its so sad to see and even sadder that its taking so long to stop the spilling... I've also heard the whole concern about it making it to the Mexico coast, and having the possibility of impacting Playa Del Carmen for our wedding. Anyone know any good websites to look into this at, because our guests were going to be booking soon and have shown concerns.

We are doing travel mugs as part of our OOT bags for our wedding in December. I want to get them ordered soon so was starting to think about the design for them. Anyone have any cute/good sayings for travel mugs. I have heard of "To have and to hold, to keep your drink cold"... Anyone have any other ideas?? THANKS!

Haha I just had a similar one a couple nights ago.. We were in Mexico but I forgot to meet with the wedding coordinators at the resort but didn't realize it until 2 hrs before the ceremony was suppose to be. I was in wedding dress and all but realized the wedding was canceled since we hadn't met with them. Then following many other events in the dream, I ended up being on the run from the Mexican police, lol. Paperbagprincess- thats a good idea, I will have to start setting goals to get some more stuff done to avoid these dreams
